Karolyi's Heating, Cooling & Refrigeration

I have used Karolyi's several times for various projects, including new A/C unit, repairs, and electrical work. They are always very prompt, honest and fair. If they can't do something or are very busy, they will tell you.

Rude on the phone. tried charging $1000 when 5 other companies came in between $250-300 literally called back and harassed my wife 3 times. Definitely wouldn't use this company if it were my last option

I was in need of a service part for a hot water tank. I called and spoke to Steve. Steve didn't sell the part, but he took the initiative to find it for me at a local distributor. He called me back in 15 minutes with a location and a price. Steve went above and beyond to help me, even though I wasn't a customer to Karolyi's. Very appreciated Steve...thank you!

For the health and safety of you and your loved ones I highly recommend against letting this company
In your home. especially anywhere near a gas fired appliance. The owner Steve has displayed a gross lack of install and safety knowledge on the product's he sells and installs. if you are one of the unfortunate consumers he has conned into letting him do work on your house I urge you to get a licensed contractor or inspector to come and go over his work.

Steve promptly assisted me this past summer when my central air unit quit during a heat spell and while I was studying for a certification. He was able to send a technician (Dane) out the same day the issue occurred and had a new AC unit installed within a few days. I also experienced an issue with my water heater recently and once again Steve was able to send Dane out to fix the problem the same day I called. The work performed was reasonably priced and was of sound quality.

I own and operate a Dairy Queen. One of my coolers went down. After contacting the after hours line Matt and another technician arrived. They diagnose the problem, gave me options and ultimately fixed my cooler and I’m back up and running. You can’t ask for more professional, prompt and all-around great service. I’ve used Karolyi’s for the past 6 years and have never been let down.

I worked with Steve and it was very apparent that he is super knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix my home radiator issue. Very professional business. No BS. Our heat went out. The same day two technicians showed up. Knowledgeable. The blower motor was shot. Very quick response to get one for a 32 year old furnace .Matt is personable. Texted me at every point. Would highly recommend to my family and friends.
