Best heating and cooling company ive ever worked with!! called and spoke with Tom in the office, he was so helpful and understanding. even tho they were booked up, he was able to fit me in their super busy schedule same day!..when other company's would not... not to mention the fantastic technician he sent out, got my furnace up and running in no time! I even signed up for their maintenance plan with a super great Deal the offer to keep my unit running smoothly and prevent future issues! highly recommend Detroit Furnace!

I highly recommend Detroit Furnace. I hired them to replace a furnace and air conditioner. On the day of the install it was pretty much raining all day, but that didn’t slow them down. They setup a small tent in the backyard to cover up the air conditioner while they were working. They were efficient in completing the entire project in one day. Their entire staff was a pleasure to work with, and they did a GREAT job! I will definitely use them again.

Had Ethan and his helper install a new furnace and AC through these guys and was impressed. He was courteous and helped answer any questions that I had and he made me feel confident in my decision to go with them. It made the whole experience comfortable and I couldn't have asked for a better crew to take care of me. I hands down would recommend these guys to anyone looking to have their furnace or AC serviced or replaced in the future.

My furnace went out, they got someone out for me within 2 hours and I needed a whole new replacement within a day I had a brand new furnace and air conditioner for a great price. I even signed up for a maintenance agreement for my equipment to keep it maintained through the years to prevent those surprise break downs. The staff was professional, efficient and such a pleasure to have work in my home!

My furnace went out and I needed service quick due to having kids in my home. I called Detroit Furnace, and not only were the girls in the office sweet and caring but they actually took the time to listen to me when describing the issue and tried to troubleshoot over the phone before sending someone out that same day! I ended up needing a new motor and control board, which the tech had on hand so I didn’t have to wait for parts to be ordered and had my heat back within a 2 hours of being at my home. Their professionalism, quick response and ability to provide accurate service is the reason I will continue to use them for any and all of my hvac needs.

I highly recommend this company to meet your heating and cooling needs. The technicians do excellent work, are trustworthy, knowledgable, affordable and reliable. Work Order through DTE Home protection Plan was made for repairing my unservicable Main water valve inside my home for a visit on 01/06/2023.
Chris Chikowski was the technician on call. As can be seen from the attached Pic , all it needed was for the wheel valve knob to be loosened & replaced with a new one.
Chris was quite under confident about it and immediately said he would not know how to do it. When I reminded him of the work order for it from DTE ; started violently manhandling the pipes that were going inside the wall thus slightly loosening the pipes coming out of the wall. Did not know as to whether he was trying to rip the pipes out of the wall !
Thereafter conclusively said there was not enough space to do the work and left saying that he was not going to do the job.
Earlier too had bad experiences with him ; carrying out part of the works saying if any problem arising ,should make another work order.I do not want to believe that Detroit Furnace LLC is complicit to such unethical practices wanting more work orders out of single work.
I have now registered with DTE never again to send Chris Cichowski of Detroit Furnaces to ever send him to my home .
This was a very disappointing episode when compared to Sam Shrawade of Detroit Furnaces who was always doing an excellent & thorough professional jobs.

Detroit furnace installed my furnace in 2018 and have came out at the drop of a dime anytime I’ve had the slightest concern.They have a great warranty and maintenance program and their techs are extremely knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend Detroit furnace for any hvac and plumbing needs especially if you’re looking for a company that makes you feel like you’re a part of the family !

Detroit Furnace and their team did a wonderful clean job installing my Coleman system. I want to give a big shot out to the manager Matt Lomazney on squeezing me in to their busy schedule. Highly recommend using Detroit Furnace for your Heating and cooling, plumbing and appliance repairs.

Matt came out and fixed my furnace a couple years ago and when it finally went out for good I used them to replace my old stuff. They air conditioner is high quality and very quiet. The furnace is the best it so nice to not worry about it.
