full AC/Furnace replacement with a new Heat pump/furnace. Owner conducted the estimate and was here for the install. He spent time looking at the existing unit and ducting to be sure the replacement units were properly sized for the space and ducting. they were very quick with the quote and answering follow-up questions. Install was completed in 1 day even with a difficult install due to location of the unit. They spent time to set up the thermostat and answer additional questions.
They were efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them.

McCarver was great to work with. The technicians were true experts and walked us through everything. The ladies in the office made sure to work with our schedule to get everything installed timely. Overall the units turned out fantastic and the service was exceptional.

Great company called them out for my a/c unit. They got made it in time and got it to running the tec was very professional and fast didn’t say much but fast will definitely use them for any future occurrences.

Chris, the owner, and one of his assistants, Garret, found the problems quickly and fixed them. They are a competent, courteous, and professional company from the owner to his assistants to his secretarial staff. We will call them again and refer them to others.

Water heater started leaking. I was able to speak with someone right away and get all information I needed in order to get a new water heater. Everyone was professional and friendly. When I need more work done on my home, which will be soon, I will definitely call them again.

Erik and David did a wonderful job. Will be using services again in a few weeks. Came out same day that furnace went out. Have updates and time frame and who was coming.

I have used McCarver for years and they always do great work. On time, trustworthy, and never overcharge. I've had a minisplit AC running 24/7 at max capacity for 5+ years ever since they installed it and it is still working great with routine cleanings. I never have to worry about it thanks to them.
