Nautilus Heating and Cooling installed my HVAC AC 1 year ago and now I have a service done twice to keep it running. They go above and beyond and are courteous and professional on every visit and are always there if you need them for any issues. I would definitely recommend them for any HVAC AC job!

Our house's old a/c system was replaced. Professionally completed, quick, simple to work with, and inexpensive. Jason and his firm came highly recommended by a friend, and I must say that I am very pleased with the results. He did mention potential problems with my boiler, but he also explained that I didn't need to spend money on it at the time - in other words, he wasn't trying to persuade me to buy something I didn't need. That level of honesty appealed to me. I'll call Jason at Nautilus Heating and Cooling first if I have any air conditioning issues in the future.

An amazing customer service and follow up. They installed our new HVAC unit in our house and they have been performing routine maintenance and check ups.Their technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. I have been impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Jim and his team did an amazing job installing my new Trane HVAC unit on my roof. They were very professional in removing the old unit and installing new units which included crane service, new redwood supports, new duct transitions, reconnect drain lines, electrical connections, and thoroughly cleaned work area. They also thoroughly explained the operation of my new HVAC unit. Well done!

Last weekend It was so hot in my office and the AC wouldn't stay on. I knew it was time to call the experts to fix my problem. I called Nautilus Heating and Cooling and spoke with Richard at the customer care desk. A few minutes later, Jeff was at my front door and in no time my heater was fixed. Jeff is fast, pleasant, super smart in his field and willing to patiently answer all my questions. Nautilus Heating and Cooling is the best company for your HVAC needs.

I am a widow with 4 children and called this company to repair my new furnace that won’t kick on. My children and I have been in the cold for over a week! On the day of my repair NOBODY showed up OR EVEN CALLED. I had to call them! I was informed that they are short staffed and couldn’t come out but they would be happy to fit me in in ANOTHER WEEK. Totally unacceptable! Extremely poor customer service.

My AC died last night. I called Nautilus Heating and Cooling this morning after seeing their 5-star Google rating. I see how they earned the rating: they promised a time to be here, called back when they were on the way and showed up right on time. The tech was fast, and explained the problem and offered various solutions. I hope to not need them again, but when my air goes out, I’ll call Nautilus Heating and Cooling.

Service was good! The tech was knowledgeable and answered questions with thorough explanations. Air conditioning and heating is even around the house and pretty consistent. Their service and commitment to my complete satisfaction is absolutely wonderful. It is a pleasure doing business with Nautilus Heating and Cooling.

Fred was very professional and courteous. He walked me through all the options available and didn’t push any option. The quote was very reasonable too. Installers came on the day of the appointment and did a great job no mess no fuss. I am one happy customer and highly recommend them.

These are easy to work with and very professional. They replaced my water heater and left the working area very clean and made sure everything worked properly before walking away. I paid the exact amount they quoted me at first. They showed up when they said they would and were so accurate in their work!
