Excellent working relationship with the HVAC firm. They arrived and conducted a comprehensive inspection, which proved to be very useful in evaluating what needed to be replaced and what could be repaired. They were also very courteous and competent.

When it came time to install another new system 2 years later, this time a gas furnace, I picked Nautilus Heating and Cooling again without hesitation. We've had Nautilus Heating and Cooling work on two of our homes, installing an air conditioning unit in the first home and in our second home they did an AC tuneup and fixed a whistle that was driving us crazy for six months. They did an elaborate job both times. Highly recommended.

Called this company for AC repair. My unit fan was no longer spinning. The technician was very polite and knowledgeable with me as I told him about the problem. His crew was able to come out in a reasonable amount of time , fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after. I will definitely being using their services again. Don't waste your time for you HVAC needs, have these guys come out instead.

I called Nautilus Heating and Cooling and they had a representative at my home that same afternoon, with installation the next day. The installation went smooth and they did a spectacular job cleaning up the old equipment and answering all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend them everyone.
