MSP Plumbing Heating Air

MSP was here today to check my ERV air exchanger. Apparently the city required some data from it. Like all my previous experiences with MSP, the service was first class.

2 Years ago MSP replaced my furnace and air conditioner with a Mitsubishi Heat Pump. It was a pretty big project and again everything was absolutely first class. When I had questions in the planing for it, they responded very, very quickly. It required considerable electrical upgrade and the electrician company they use was equally good.

Very friendly, informative, punctual, knowledgeable. All the staff that came to the house were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and awesome with my pets. They even came up with a more strategic plan to move my water heater over to give me more room while replacing my furnace and air conditioner. Management-keep your staff, they are good at their jobs!!!

MSP has been there for us when desperately needed, once when our furnace stored working in the middle of January and again now when our AC suddenly stopped. They got out quickly, identified the issue, answered all our questions and gave us great options for how to proceed.

Joe Koch, the technician who came out, was very friendly, personable and polite. You can really tell he's interested in helping to get the problem fixed with the best option for your needs and budget.

Our water heater started leaking yesterday afternoon, and I called a few places to find a technician to come take a look. MSP had an appointment scheduled for this morning within minutes of my call. Our technician was amazing--he walked us through everything, explained some of the overly-complicated St. Paul permitting requirements, and helped us schedule an HVAC tech to address some issues with our boiler. Fast, clean, great work. We will be using this company again!

Our technician did a great job in identifying what was broken with our Central air conditioning unit, kept us up to date with his progress, and was very professional in repairing the problems. My wife and I both feel like Braden (sorry about the spelling!) was a great repair person and we really appreciated his quick and thorough service. We will be a return customer! 5 stars!

Jesse is a personable young man with a positive attitude and a quick smile. He serviced both of our heating units and then sat with me and had a few suggestions going forward. (I really have to remember to change the filters!). Plus he serviced the humidifier equipment. Jesse is the reason why I only use
St. Paul Heatiing... good people and excellent service. Give this young man a raise!

We had a small leak, but in a difficult spot to fix. Nick did a great job discussing what he needed to do and was up front about the pricing. He finished quickly and was very professional. Plumbing is never cheap but Nick did a great job that was done right!

Our technician, Thomas, showed up on time, and ready to get to work! Was very honest, professional and transparent with us throughout the entire process. He went over all the options we had and was very patient, well mannered and honest throughout the repair process. Thomas was quick, thorough and efficient in taking care of our needs. Overall, great experience using MSP Plumbing and Heating and would highly recommend!

Tom from MSP did an amazing job installing my new water heater. He is very professional and his knowledge impeccable!! I know this because I did my research before he arrived. He's got good vibes. I recommend MSP and hopefully you get Tom. I will be back to have my furnace replaced soon because its on its last leg as well. Thank you Tom & MSP!

Ben was very informative and thorough for our AC tune up. We received a phone call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He gave us pointers and tips on how to maintain our unit. Definitely will be using MSP Heating & Cooling again. Thanks!
