Technician called and identified himself, showed on time, did a thorough investigation of the leaking water (there were no leeks by the time he showed up). He didn't find the problem, but suggested my options for dealing with a possible leak). Pleasant, detailed and knowledgeable person.
Negative note: it took 20 hrs to schedule this visit, and the scheduler mislead me by telling that after hours service was not available. If the water didn't stop leaking by itself (unexpectedly), it could've flooded my apartment as well as Apts below me.

Sam came to do an annual inspection of a water heater that had been installed approximately one year ago. I was totally satisfied with that work. While here, I mentioned I had a leak in the garbage disposal underneath my sink. I had had a garbage disposal/dishwasher installed approximately two years ago by someone who I would say now was not qualified. That person’s work in installing a water softener and dechlorination system was done incorrectly, and I had to have him come back and redo it. Sam took care of the problem, and I am confident that I will not have a problem again. I complement and highly recommended the work done by Sam and MSP. Thank you.

Nick did an excellent job and worked I credibly hard to figure out what was going wrong with the plumbing in my house. It wasn’t an easy fix - but he really figured out what was broken and needed replacement. I will have him back to do more work in the next few weeks.

Knowledgeable, courteous, fast, service with integrity- Joe was an excellent technician for our A/C. He provided appropriate detail on the status of A/C, discussed options, and provided education. Overall, great experience! I’d work with Joe again!
Second service: great service! Braeden serviced our A/C. He was courteous, knowledgeable, informative, performed a check of our a/c jnit coolant, motor, and cleaned the filter for us.
First service: Routine maintenance service for water heater. Steven was professional, informative, and a pleasure to work with. He provided opportunities to view the diagnostic findings and discuss causes of issues and potential options to remedy these issues. With the service, he also inspected other points of plumbing and identified an issue with our garbage disposal, and gave an easy tip for fixing the toilet tank flap which had been leaking. He also wore a mask and shoe booties inside the home. He priced out our options and provided some timelines to think about future updates. Overall a great experience.

These people are terrible neighbors. My wife and I had to move because they and the scrap metal trucks they enable are constantly throwing junk and pallets around and idling their engines at all hours with no regard for their community even before noise is supposed to begin in the morning at 7am.
