Jesse Ingalls did a great job explaining what he was doing and looking for during the maintenance checkup of our heat pump we use primarily for AC.

Braedon was very professional, on time, and quite informative. It was a pleasure to have him service our air conditioner. We'll be sure to use MSP again in the future.

Really liked Greg. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to our needs. Would highly recommend MSP to any of our friends.

Carlos & Company! They should be the new show for MSP Plumbing & Heating. They came in, had a plan, let me know what they were going to do, and they delivered what they preached and THEN some! They were fast and efficient. I left them alone to do what they do and I could hear the comraderie and the jokes and they each complimented what they were there to do. They were a well led team and dotted all the i's and crossed the t's. They even removed a tripping hazard for us that I had disliked.

I have always loved the way MSP treated my wife and I since we installed our water heater in 2020, our water softener in 2021, and now our *NEW High Efficiency Furnace in 2023... I don't know if there is anything else they can fix for me but if I need anything I will be calling them first!!

I called on a Saturday and Nick came out within 2 hrs. Installed a new water heater and he was great. We will use MSP for all future needs.

UPDATE: 3/20/2023 Nick from MSP flushed out our water heater today. He replaced the anode rod as well. He also provided us with some quotes on a new water softener system (our current one is not doing so well). He did an excellent job and answered all of our questions. Thanks again!

We started using MSP last year for our HVAC system when we bought our new house in the summer of 2021. They have always been professional and great to work with. Today, Jesse, performed annual service on our air conditioning unit. Not only did he inspect the unit and clean it, he explained what we can regularly do at home to keep it running well. I recommend MSP and Jesse to anyone who is looking for a fair and reputable company to service their HVAC system.

Water Heater pilot kept going out. Had no hot water for a week. I called MSP early in the morning, after calling multiple companies. Dan arrived 10 minutes early. He got right to work and did his due diligence to examine water heater. Unfortunately I had a defective Rheem. Dan was able to diagnose the water heater and was able to provide options and an out the door price right away. After we agreed on price he went to work on it right away and finished in an hr. The whole process only took an hour and we were grateful for Dan to come out. We will continue to use their services. Dan is good and Rheem is bad is all you need to know.

Super efficient with new furnace install. Everybody in the chain did an amazing job. Jesse the tech was awesome(deserves a huge raise). Alex, sales crushed it (buy from him) and Josh who I did not personally meet had the furnace installed like a boss. Furnace failure to installation under 24 hours.

Tyrone was great. Very professional. Very informative. And, best yet, a really nice human being. I highly recommend.

Installed sump pump. Tom was great. Prompt efficient and very friendly. He is an asset to your company. Will keep you in my book for future plumbing problems.
