I recently moved into a new home and noticed the smell of gas near the oven. Upon further investigation, it seemed the piping was leaking. Not knowing the scope of the issue, I reached out to MSP Plumbing/Heating/Air based on a Google search for gas line repair services. I chose them due to the majority of positive reviews and overall rating. The process from start to finish was quick, with a responsive team. Best yet, the individual that came to repair, Dan W., was timely, professional, and efficient. I appreciated the rapid resolution, given the situation. I have no hesitation recommending this company, and I will plan to use them if I ever have future service needs. Thank you!!!

Tom arrived promptly, was friendly, and explained the problem and my options while answering all my questions. Removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit went smoothly. It was really easy scheduling an AC tune-up with MSP. I did it all online and within a few minutes I got a call to schedule a time and date that worked best for me.
On the day of the service, I got a call requesting another time to be set up since they were really backed up with emergency repairs that day. That was fine with me since my schedule was flexible that week and I was able to get the service done the next day.
Tony showed up on time and was very professional. He performed a check-up of the furnace and outside air conditioning unit. The air filter was really dirty, and he replaced it for me since we had some spares already set aside. He was really kind an asked if I had any questions and incredibly patient. On the outside unit, he showed me where a mice or squirrel had chewed on the condenser wire, and he asked me if I wanted to replace it.
Overall, I had a great experience with MSP and Tony and purchased their membership, since it was a great value of $99 annually, which includes a furnace tune-up, AC tune-up, and a water heater check and plumbing check. The AC tune-up was $59 for itself so that was waved after I signed up for the membership.

The team from MSP was amazing! They were professional, showed up on time, were thorough with their work, and ensured we had everything we needed for our ductless mini split installation. They also made sure to leave our house better than they found it, and were very intentional with cleanup. In addition, MSP's services exceeded several other providers we talked to. Out of 4 companies we talked to, they were the only ones that told us about the possibility of doing a ducted system to heat and cool all five of our second-floor bedrooms and the bathroom. We didn't even know that was possible for our house. Pricing was very competitive as well. I would recommend them for future jobs.

I am selling my house, and of course, the air conditioning unit went on the blink. I think my technicians name was ZONG. He was very helpful, and very informative. Gave me suggestions on what we needed to do to fix it and if I wanted to or not. He was not pushy. While the company neglected to inform him of the discount that they had running for HVAC systems, we were able to rectify it very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company again and use them again, as a matter of fact, I bought their preferred customer membership. I hope to never have to use them again, but if I do, I know I’ll get top of the line service. The only complaint I would have, and it’s not really a complaint. It’s a suggestion to the receptionist who answers the phone. I believe her name was Drew. She needs to say goodbye to her customers and not just hang up. I had three interactions with her and she did it every time.
