MSP Plumbing Heating Air

we had msp plumbing and heating install a new central air conditioner and water heater several months ago. top rate experience. part of our package was a free hvac equipment check-up and they reached out to us on their own regarding this perk. they scheduled the check up for our 15 year old furnace which they performed yesterday. another great experience. the technician was fast and friendly and explained what the service had entailed. they recommended a cleaning and part replacement and left estimates for both. there was no pressure to commit to anything further.

Jeff from MSP was here for the annual check of our water heater and water softener. He drained and flushed the water heater and checked the hardness of our water. He also went over everything he did. He left us with an estimate for a new water heater and a new water softener, but put no pressure on us to purchase anything at this time. He did a very good job.

Peter was very friendly and helpful. Fixed a leaky pipe and made sure my water softener was set up right - something he didn’t have to do.

Nick was very informative very nice answerd any and all question's I had very professional. Also told me about their maintenance plan which I signed up for and I might add good looking , I would highly recommend him and their company.

I had MSP install a new water heater, and they also performed a quick maintenance check on my boiler. Talking to them, they explained to me everything I wanted and needed to know about my heating system, and explained why I was not getting the sort of heat I should have expected from my boiler. I trust them for their quality and knowledge, and I will continue using them in the future.

UPDATE: on a follow-up visit, the technician did some extra fixes for me without being prompted, like lighting the pilot light on my downstairs fireplace. Much appreciated!

This service was to give the system a check. Service person was very professional and friendly. I was happy with the furnace that was installed a little over a year ago, so had no issues.
I have had MSPP for the installation and other work and am always very happy with the people who do the work.

Peter Steffens arrived at my home to diagnose the issues with the water softener. He explained the process and went about his work. Upon completion of his diagnosis he thoroughly explained the results and discussed the options available to correct the issues. Thomas was fantastic. He analyzed our problem, sat down at our dining room table and laid out his findings (complete with video), and offered us two possible solutions. We were very impressed!!

Walter came on time, got right to work, and let me know what he needed and when he was done. I signed up for MSP membership to give me a discount on heating and water heater maintenance and to remind me when it is time schedule yearly appointments. Today I am a satisfied customer.
