Within three hours of my call MSP Plumbing and Heating had Drew Freeman at my door. Very impressive as this was a Monday morning. Drew is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me several options for the repair of the furnace and gave me valuable insight concerning the overall condition of the furnace and what avenues to consider concerning future furnace care. I did not feel any coercion or pressure to do any particular thing, he just gave me the facts and let me decide. I would definitely recommend and do business with MSP in the future.

A very old radiator was leaking and they installed new valve. They also found a leak in our boiler system and repaired that as well. They did a great job especially with our old pipes.

Peter was professional. He installed new water line for refrigerator and redid the pipes under the sink from two drains down to one.
Update: the attached video for the drain you installed. It’s done this on and off for about 3 months.

Mitch is a fantastic tech--been dealing with a backordered part for nearly a year and he called regularly to keep me updated. When he first noticed the problem I had trouble hearing what he was talking about and he said trust me, it's not supposed to sound like this. I used MSP to install AC/Heat pump system on my 1921 house with radiators and they did an amazing job. They also come for annual check. Trust them completely.

The boiler for my in-floor heating system wasn’t working on a sub-zero winter day. Braeden from MSP arrived within 90 minutes of my call and quickly diagnosed the issue. He needed to purchase a part, but returned quickly and had the repair completed 20 minutes after that.
While working on the boiler, he noticed some dripping from piping related to my water heater and he adjusted some valves to rectify that. Finally, he gave me a helpful (and clever) recommendation to cheaply improve a chronic issue due to the way the original HVAC installer configured various intake and exhaust ports on an exterior wall of my house. And there was no charge beyond the boiler repair!
Braeden was professional, courteous, clearly very competent and conscientious. As usual with MSP, I’m very satisfied with the work & will continue to use them for all my HVAC & plumbing needs.

I called for an appt for a furnace estimate. Old furnace working fine but it's old-- Alex came within an hour, went over all the options, answered all the questions I had. Very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely consider MSP.
