Highly recommend. Excellent, timely service (during a giant snowstorm no less)! Did not expect same day install as the initial quote - was just expecting a walk-through and a quote. Solved the problem fast and installed in less than the time quoted for way less than I expected. (I literally made the appointment yesterday lol)

I have a 110 year old home... that presents unique issues. Our installer talked us through and offered to help with another issue that we were aware of and needed taken care of. Also they gave free additional advice for further work we are doing as homeowners, as we are trying to restore this home!

They were easy to reach, prompt, and courteous. Nick went above and beyond with what was needed, explaining everything as he went, friendly and professional, and a delight to deal with. And he left everything in perfect shape. I trust their expertise and was extremely pleased from beginning to end.

Definitely recommend Nick Z at MSP. He went above and beyond. We had an old water heater that broke at our house. Nick came out the next day on time and was super knowledgeable. Was torn on spending the extra money on a tankless. Nick did a great job going over the different options and explaining each in detail. He also went over the new unit with me and made sure to cover everything before leaving.

Jesse arrived around 2:00PM, well within the scheduled time. He diagnosed and repaired the problem with the A/C system. Because the issues were within the warranty period, there was no charge for his work.
In my mind, this is the way our experience with MSP is supposed to work. Bev and I are pleased with the experience and especially with Mr. Ingalls with his prompt and professional response.

Greg from MSP was very responsive, respectful and informative when reviewing our home and HVAC system. He gave us a clear and detailed estimate and explaination of the process and options.

He was on-time, personable, helpful, efficient, and skilled. He took the time to explain everything well. We were very happy with the service we received.

I've used this company for the last few years for various reasons. They send well qualified and well trained individuals to do the repairs and maintenance as required, for me. I have a monthly fee that I pay for those services which are less expensive than the utility companies offer.

Tony Johnson is such a nice guy!!! He did an amazing job inspecting my furnace and finding it needed a new part. He was so polite and explained everything super well. 10/10 he was great! He even cared about my floors cleansliness and wore boot covers!

Update: Danielle from MSP called me the next day after I posted this review with reference numbers etc. for me to verify with the utility company. She was very helpful and had already done research before reaching out. While I was expecting two separate payments per their salesman, I guess the rebates were combined by the utility company. A misunderstanding mostly on my part as I couldn't find the rebate amount(s) in writing after the months had gone by. Still, it took a 2-star review to get a response from the company via our ongoing email, and they resubmitted a rebate to get declined vs looking into the issue then. All in all, I will still do business with them as they stand behind their work and we love the new system they installed.

Original Review: Hired MSP to install a new top-of-the-line furnace and AC. The initial installation was performed with errors in the work order, but the company made it right and came back to correct the mistakes free of charge. On another occasion we had a condensation leak and their tech repaired it, but in doing so pulled open a part of the intake/exhaust pipes and had to come back the same day to repair that as well. As far as installation and service goes, they are fine.

So why the 2 star review? Responsiveness, or lack thereof, of their "permits" group who assists in obtaining energy rebates from your utility company. By all means do not trust them to do this process for you, I wish I had taken on the responsibility myself.

When they quote the furnace and AC, a major selling point is the rebates you will get back from your utility company. I was told to expect one rebate in summer for the AC and another in the winter for the furnace. I received a rebate check in the summer, but winter has come and gone with no check. I originally reached out to the permits group (that took my information and promised to do the process for me) on January 21st with my concerns, on Feb 10th, after I followed up due to lack of response, I was told no action is needed and they are processing rebates as fast as they can. On March 25th I sent another email and again, after I followed up once more, I was told on March 30th that the permit had been applied for. That same day my utility company notified me that an application had been received. Weeks later, the application had been denied, stating that payment was already issued. I did not receive the payment, but understand things happen and reached out to the permits group for clarification and next steps. I have been stonewalled with zero response after two emails with the issue, sent days apart.

I will update this review once the rebate I was promised is received.
