He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with my furnace and provided me with several different options to choose from for the repair. Eric was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They installed a new AC system. They were both very respectful of our home and yard. They left no trace behind of the installation. Joe carefully guided me through the systems so I could operate the heat and air. We have use their services for over 7 years and highly recommend this business.

Getting an arrangement was ease and hustle free. We had them do an annual AC cleaning/maintenance and we were totally pleased. Zack came out on- the dot and was very detailed and competent. I feel that he even went above and over with checking things and taping up an area that wasn't completely airtight. We will be calling Sheffield Heating & Cooling back for the furnace check!!
