I think the whole thing is a scam. I drove by their "location" and it's actually an antique store, Google it yourself, If you call them you are just connected to a call center that takes your info and charges you $149 for a "premium service plan". No technician ever showed up to do any work during the time they said they would. I would look someplace else for service!

Recently bought a house which, for the first time for me, came with central air and heat. I requested a basic service and asked that the serviceman teach me some of the basics about cleaning the filter and answer some questions I had about how the controls work. He did a thorough job and patiently answered all the questions I had. I will use In Sheffield Heating & Cooling for any further service needs.

Zack was our tech. He arrived promptly, checked out our furnace area and did our spring A/C cleaning. He was very efficient and thorough.He even found several holes that had formed in some pipes by our furnace. We had he come back and replace the pipes. He did a great job.
