Nick from MSP Plumbers came quickly to address an emergency on a Saturday when we needed help with a flooded basement. He was kind, took time with us, knowledgeable, helped solve our problem. He gave us a few referrals to help with the follow on work. High rating! Greg and Susan

Elliott Sieling came to my house for A/C heating checkup. He is very friendly, professional, and explain everything very clearly and in detail. He is always willing to spend time in answering questions and providing additional information. For example, he took time to call his manager to check additional discount / credits for me.

I have used MSP for many things. Last summer our AC went out and they were able to send over someone almost immediately after I called them. Had the system fixed in no time and we had air again. Will show you exactly what's the issue and what needs to be done to fix it...

Most recently I've had MSP out for a bathroom remodel. Very professional during the whole time. Dan was awesome, very professional, explained everything very well. Regardless of the setbacks we had that were completely out of his control, he was very positive and came back out every time we needed him. I'm very happy with his work. I will probably request him for the next bathroom remodel and the needed plumbing work for a sprinkler system if he's still there.

Our boiler wasn't kicking in. Jeff from MSP identified the damper motor had malfunctioned. He gave us a couple options for MSP, but suggested we call the company who installed boiler 5 years ago to see if covered by warranty. Parts and labor were covered by warranty and previous company replaced it. By suggesting we check warranty with MSP competitor, Jeff saved us $800 and got the heat back on within a couple hours of our call. Hard to beat that integrity.

I had Heater and Air Conditioner replaced. Installation went great. Andy was on time and worked efficiently. Was done when they said he would be. He was very informative and pleasant.

Joshua of MSP did a great job with complete installation of heat pump and furnace in just 7.5 hours. He and the crew cleaned up thoroughly and guided us on the app to be able to control temperature remotely. Will gladly recommend MSP to others.

I've been a monthly member of the MSP program since last fall. Everyone who has come by has been professional and knowledgeable. Nobody has tried to upsell me, they've given great advice and made sure everything is in working order. I was also impressed that they proactively called me to schedule a tune up which was 'free' with my monthly membership. Overall highly recommend so far.

Peter arrived on time, immediately went to work, finished the repair in 10 minutes and didn't charge me anything because he didn't have to use any of his own materials. When is the last time someone performed a maintenance service for me free of charge happy? Never before today! No charge was because I am a member of their maintenance club. For that, I pay $99 a year, and they maintain all of my utilities without additional charge. They do this with the hope that if you do need work done that you will choose them. And I certainly have. They always do excellent work and they will continue to be my go-to team for help with my utilities. I have also recommended them to several of my clients all of whom have been very happy with them as well.
