I was unsure about this company being that they were my first choice and I needed some one to come out to look at my air conditioner unit! When Kody came he was early, and very knowledgeable, he shared with me is experience and how he learned heating and cooling! I was so impressed with him and i was put to ease immediately! I was so pleased with his work and his professionalism and so easy to get along with! He is a valuable employee. He repaired what was not working and shared with me what i need to do going forward! I will recommend this company to my family, friends or anyone that needs a great company to rely on snd trust!

McCarver came to my house to look at a Fuijitsu mini split system I had installed by someone else. I am so impressed by the level of care they had about the bad installation of this unit and how much time he spent getting it working better for now until they can come back and spend a full day investigating all the issues and repair them. The professionalism and quality so far are top notch and I look forward to working with them.

My 12 year old air conditioner was leaking coolant. The company that put it in did not do the dye test properly to locate the leak. A neighbor referred me to McCarver and I am so glad they did. When I called them they came out promptly, examined the air conditioner and gave me the options. I decided to purchase a new unit from them. The old unit was leaking so much coolant that Lewis, their technician, came out once a week to fill it, on my schedule, so I didn't have to take time off of work, until the new unit could be installed. Due to having surgery and the amount of coolant that had to be put in every time, Christine, Chris and Lewis figured out a way to install the unit earlier!! They put the new unit in quickly and were very neat. I have never had such awesome customer service before. I just can't say enough positive things about this company. I wish I had heard about them 12 years ago, because I know I wouldn't have needed another unit so soon. Thank you again, Lewis, Christine and Chris for the best customer service.

Good quality products, professional installation, and genuinely nice people to deal with. They replaced our furnace a few months ago, and I called them again when our water heater went out in the middle of the COVID-19 outbreak. Even though I called them late in the day, they came out and replaced it the next morning. I will call them anytime I need home mechanical work done.

We originally scheduled a different heating n cooling company to replace our air conditioner 6/16. We were stood up by a No call No Show during some of the hottest days yet. The earliest the could do it would be 7/1.
I contacted MMHC. They had someone out to our house on the 18th. They were able to schedule a new install on 6/24. They called and came over a day early to start their prep work to the install.
These guys are freaking awesome! I have mentioned their name to others who recognized them and even they said, “Those guys are really good”.
The workers at the house were informative and very professional. Also had a lot better of a price from original place.
First time being stood up where I couldn’t be happier.

Called McCarver and they were able to come out the next day. They actually offered a same day appointment however, my fiance and I weren't able to coordinate it with our schedules. The tech showed up on time and was able to fix our furnace by doing regular clean-up and check up. When we thought it was much worse! We really appreciated his honesty and that he didn't try to sell us anything additional that we didn't need. We left him alone to do his job and didn't watch over him, so hypothetically he could have told us we needed anything and we would have not known the difference. We are new homeowners and our lack of experience so to speak makes us feel vulnerable to being taken advantage of! We appreciate that he was trustworthy and honest. Thank you again!

I had called several companies and had McCarver come out. I have to say, I was very pleased. The owner Chris actually did all the work. He was very nice. He answered all my questions and the unit looks great. He explained everything to me and made sure I knew how to work the new system. I feel reviews are important and anyone who needs work completed, I would advise they did a very good job and would recommend this company.

Repair of hot water heater. Friendly, responsive, on time, and did some extra small maintenance on our hot water heater without charging extra for it. Vince was nice and explained everything. We'll definitely use them again!
