I have dumped my prior heating and cooling company for McCarver!! Both representatives that came to my home were really knowledgeable about my system, and gave me an honest assessment and estimate. I could not be happier with the service they provided.

Very responsive, was able to schedule a same day appointment to diagnose my AC not turning on. The technician, Kody, was professional and great at walking me through the diagnostics he performed.

McCarver Mechanical is always reliable, comes on time, and always solves the problem quickly. I highly recommend them to all of my personal and business friends. Ask Chris about the yearly maintenance plan that will save you money by proactively protecting all of your heating and cooling systems. They came earlier than expected and solved my AC problems quickly! They are awesome!

Terrible customer service and knew nothing. Two guys came, told us our system was totally dead with no hope for repair and there was no power. Then he sat around for an hour or two and gave us a quote for $50,000. Charged us over $1,000 for doing absolutely nothing. We got 2 other opinions after this and the whole system is fixed for less than a fraction of the price. The other two people told us whoever told us the system was dead had no idea what they were talking about. This is sad because McCarver has great reviews, but i'm failing to see why.

I have an air conditioning unit made by SpacePak. It’s designed for homes with hot water heating and no traditional duct work.

I always check my system well in advance of “urgent “ need because the system is unique. Over the years I built a relationship with another air conditioning company (I will not name). This year I knew well in advance there was a problem-so I called my regular ac company. They ordered a very expensive part and installed the part along with filling or pressurizing it.

The result was a freeze up on my unit! The weather was getting warmer and finally turned hot!!! Still no ac. I couldn’t manage the heat physically, and with this virus situation I decided to check into a hotel. More expense!!! Still no one at my regular ac company could overcome the problem. For clarity, this system can be a challenge unless you have invested time in training. But when adjusted properly it works beautifully.

After weeks of having the issue I decided to call the manufacturer of SpacePak and “I” the “customer had to ask if they would work with my original ac company. The manufacturer was more then willing to provide technical support to my original ac team.
The manufacturer also gave McCraver a heads up that I owned a SpacePak system in need of attention.
I received a call from Theresa (a wonderful person to work with), she suggested I have Chris McGraver (the owner) come take a look. I had nothing to lose!
Chris is a licensed ac guy and Trained installer on SpacePak.

Within a very short period of time Chris was able to diagnose the problem and had SpacePak diagrams of what needed to be done! And explained them to me - with no pressure and no snarky comments about my other ac company.

Teresa set up arrangements for the work to be done. Chris showed up with a crew of three other men. All dressed professionally. All introduce themselves to me. They explained what they were going to be doing. And proceeded to take care of my problem. I have no words to express my impression with them other than outstanding, outstanding, outstanding.

In addition, the McCraver company followed up on two different occasions to ensure I had air, and was satisfied! WOW!

In my opinion, McGraver checks off all the boxes for a great company to work with!!!!

very professional. on time. communication was very good. texts and phone calls kept me in the loop(I am a landlord having a tenants furnace checked) will definitely use in the future. I don't understand why soo many other companies cannot grasp basic polite customer service.

Your guys are at my house now installing a new furnace and AC. They detected a leak at our gas meter that may have just saved our lives. Thank you for being an awesome company and taking care of us during this pandemic. So glad we found you and you are so close to us. Adam and Nur are such a great team. McCarver has been our Central Air and heating service for more than 10 years. Very dependable and the service techs Do educate as to problems and also remedies for the work they are performing.
