I'm very happy with the equipment they installed, that is 5-stars all the way. It works very well, is ridiculously quiet, and the install is beautiful; a work of art, just check out the photo.

We just had them back out to install a new ductless mini-split system to cool our home and their work was, yet again, top notch! They were prompt in coming in and providing an estimate, helped match us with an electrician to get power to the unit, provided us consultation to help ensure we got a unit that would suit our needs today and tomorrow without overpaying, and then did another beautiful install.

For both heating and cooling they are prompt, courteous, and I've never seen cleaner work. They are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive estimates we received, but they are the absolute best value for the money you're going to spend.

I was out of Michigan when alerted to a furnace problem. I called on Christmas Eve and got immediate response. Repair tech was on site 5 minutes later even before the key arrived for entry. Problem resolved.

Great service. Had a later date booked (summer is a competitive time) but McCarver called to fit me in 10 days sooner. HVAC professional was knowledgeable and careful. Checked all potential problems and suggested a preventative repair that anyone would want to know about. McCarver helped us after the 2021 June flooding and helped us again. My house is cooler!

Our furnace went out Friday night February 10th, had a technician out Saturday late morning to diagnosis the issue, waited until Monday for the parts supply to open and they made the repair. Can’t express enough how pleased I am to use this company for my heating and cooling needs.

Teams were professional, in uniform, and did a great job as well as cleaned up all debris upon completion each day. Most importantly, we have heat! I had my 18 year old A/C replaced after it was diagnosed to have a leak in the drain pan beneath the coils. Mcarver Mechanical was on time or early for the diagnosis, estimate, and install. They also gave me the best price after getting two other estimates. They also installed my ac unit in a new location upon my request. The team was professional, informative, and friendly. To anybody in need of an HVAC contractor, I would recommend this local company over the competition.

McCarver’s gave us the best quote for replacing our AC unit after getting three quotes. We had to wait two weeks for installation due to their schedule and ours, but when our day came, they were timely and professional. Very clean. Excited to use our new AC!
