McCarver Mechanical Heating & Cooling

Originally planned on just a tune up, but our A/C unit outside stopped working suddenly, and they were able to fit us in promptly. Brett was on time, incredibly friendly, and professional. He kept us informed periodically while he was working on the air conditioner of which potential issues he had tested and eliminated. Turned out to be a bad contactor which has caused the unit fan to go bad. Diagnosis, repairs and the original tune up were completely within 4 hours. While McCarver Mechanical may not be the cheapest out there, you absolutely cannot beat their professionalism and quality of service. You get what you pay for and they are absolutely worth it.

The repairman and company was excellent. They were very prompt, polite and knowledgeable!! My water pump had gone and the safety valve was shutting off the furnace. So it was replaced and checked, the furnace was checked.and I was told how to take care of the water pump. (Pour a cup of white vinegar into the pump every other month). The service man put booties on and a mask. I highly recommend this company and I would use them again. Thank you !!

Can’t say enough about this company! I used them for AC installation years ago, maintenance here and there, and today for an issue with my AC. They were able to come out quickly and get us back up and running. The service people are great and even the employees who answer the phones are super kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

All our systems needed to be replaced after our basement flooded. McCarver was quick to respond, knowledgeable and professional. Teresa at the front desk is a gem - great communicator and wonderful liaison between us and the techs. She helped with scheduling, promptly addressed any questions about quotes, filed paperwork for all applicable rebates and even registered our new equipment. The day of the install, the McCarver team showed up promptly at the scheduled time, and worked swiftly and efficiently to get our services restored. They were beyond respectful of our home, put on booties whenever they stepped foot into the main house from the basement, regardless of how many trips back and forth they needed to make. Left the job site in pristine condition, and of course, all new equipment functioning well. We couldn't be happier with their service.

These guys were fantastic! Super professional and got AC set up quickly and efficiently. The entire group wore masks the entire time as we requested since we have babies who are unvaccinated. Everyone made sure to clean up and keep the area as clean as they could. They talked to us during the whole process making sure we were happy with where vents were installed, and how things were set up. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Vince came out same day to look at our AC unit that had stopped working overnight. He was a pleasure to work with and had our AC fixed and cycling successfully in less than 30 minutes. The lady in the office was absolutely lovely to work with over the phone - very professional and courteous. At our request, McCarver is also providing us with a quote to replace all our units (AC, furnace and water heater) as everything is over 33-years-old and, miraculously, still working...for now. Yikes!!

Rachel, who works the phones, was the most helpful, patient, kind, and intelligent person you will ever talk to. I feel like she deserves a hefty raise. I am so glad I called this company. She got everything taken care of for me. I was really impressed with this service. When the first fix didn't work, I called back, and they immediately sent the technician back to fix it at no extra cost. They make sure the job is done right.

Erik is very polite and patient to explain the problem and the solution to fix it. He is also very detailed about his work.

Brett was our maintenance tech. Christine called to let us know that Brett was running ahead of schedule and would it be okay if he came now. I told her that was fine. Brett was very punctual, professional and friendly. Excellent job.

My AC decided to stop working this week and McCarver Mechanical was able to get it up and running! They were incredibly professional, quick and economical always giving me information and options. I'd highly recommend this business.
