Their price is quite high. Be sure to confirm the price before they touch your hardware. I was informed to charge more besides the service fee since they touched my wire, although they did not fix the problem.

Mike & Eddie came right out within a few hours of calling, our furnace was dirty & needed some TLC. Our furnace's sensors were malfunctioning, so our house was getting cold for no reason. They cleaned everything up very quickly & efficiently. They also replaced our elderly thermostat & moved its location for us, to a better spot on another wall. And also found & fixed a gas leak on our hot water heater. The price for all services was very reasonable, we highly recommend Quality Comfort!! We will not hesitate to call them in the future if we are in need of heating service & repair.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with! If I could give less than a '1 star' rating here, then I would!! Mike Giordano is a complete thug, no question in my mind about that. He came out on 7/11, as I had requested a Service Call/quote. He arrived with a co-worker, (whom he was rude to throughout the whole time at my home). Instead of providing a quote...he went ahead and fixed the air unit, and gave me a $390 bill. I was surprised, but the repair was done, so I gave him the cash I had on me ($250). For the remaining weeks, he literally harassed me for the $140 balance...insisting it was $190...(phone calls, texts, and showing up unannounced at the house). Finally today, after ringing the doorbell multiple times, he saw me in tbe backyard- gardening. As before, I promised to pay the balance of the bill as soon as possible. He literally opened my gate, shoved his way into the yard and removed a piece of the air unit so that it would no longer function. Also said he would put a lien out on the house if I contacted the police. Unbelievable!! He deserves his own place in a Gangster TV show. We paid him the 'odd' $190 amount and we are now consulting with the authorities. You have been warned folks!!!

I would highly recommend Quality Comfort. They arrived with in an hour and a half of my call. The technician was respectful and took time with me to explain the problem and the solution and stayed late to do the repair so we didn’t have to go all night with out heat. Great company!!!

Had such an amazing experiance with this company! The customer service was just amazing. On top of the efficiency! They were their in less than an hour and had the air up and running in the office in no time! They were so respectful and very kind and their work was more than amazing! Would absolutely use them again especially sense ive had such awful experiences with ither companys in the past!!!

This company sucks! It's actually a two man team. I needed a inspection done on my rental home in St. Clair Shores. Gilberts hardware actually recommends them, because he has a friend that works there. I had a time limit on the inspection, I spoke to the man that so call runs the company, I believe his name was Mike. We set up a date, and time that would be convenient for my renter, as well as a my husband. I was told the would inspect and clean the furnace, and inspect the furnace. My husband, and renter waited for over a goo hour for them. my husband called me at work, and asked me to call the company to see where they were. I call twice, and texted them to see where they were. my calls went into a voice mail that was full. nobody contacted me back, I was furious. My husband called another company, that was suppose to come out the next day on Saturday. I was really upset when I got home from work. I tried calling just because I was livid, because they didn't show. Lets back this up a step, the night before they were suppose to come, out of all things the furnace stopped working. Okay so this man's wife answer the phone, and shes as sweet as can be. she tells me she remembers him talking to me, but she thinks he failed to write down the address. She said she couldn't get a hold of he husband, but do I want her to send his partner out. I told he no , because the rented was gone at this point. She tells me she doesn't want to make a customer unhappy, and if I would give them a chance to make it up she would send someone out the next day that they would waive the service fee. I asked her why this happened, she said her husband was hunting, but once she got a hold of him she would find out. Hunting really! well the next day I called his partner, and told him the furnace. I told him I would be there a half hour after he got there, so hopefully by then he would know what was wrong with the furnace. When I got there he was leaning against his truck in the driveway. He showed what e found, a birds nest was in the chimney blocking the flow. he had the nest in a plastic bag, and there ways some hay around the floor by the furnace. I asked him how much it was going to be, he said let me call to find out. he goes back out to his truck, when he comes back in he said it was going to be $260.00. $100 for the inspection, and $160 for two hours of labor. I looked at my watch, and said you haven't even been here a hour yet, he said by time he vacuumed the small amout of hay up, and cleaned the furnace it would be two hours. the cleaning of the furnace was suppose to be include in the price. he began to argue with me, so I paid him just to get those inspection papers, I figured I would call Mikes wife when I get back home. She said she would talk to him and call me back on Tuesday, well he didn't call so I called him on Thursday he was very disinterested in what I had to say. I gave him my address, and told him I expected to be paid back for that hour. He got right on it, no check was mailed, as expected. Lesson learn, I would rather pay double, and have someone good and honest, geeze he never even apologized for forgetting to send someone out in the first place. My renter couldn't believe I let them come out after he got blown off, he kept shaking his head when the guy was downstairs!

Excellent work! Old Hot water heater died and they were over within a couple hours. Fast and reasonable. Zack our installer was pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
