I had service on my Ac this morning. Let me say I really appreciate Jason P. I was scheduled between 6am and 10am and Jason was there around 6:45am. He called about 10 minutes before arriving as they promised. He was very informative, professional and polite. He explained what he was doing and even gave me a few tips to keep things working smoothly. Thank you for getting me back up and running. It was hotttttttt in here

This company was wonderful! They offered to come the same day, they were very respectful and kind! Jeff was great and even helped with another issue I had going on, and he didn’t have to do but he did. Simply out of kindness! I’ll definitely be using this company again. Great people and they do great work!

Moe provided excellent service on my AC. It was leaking. He thoroughly performed all the diagnostic test to determine where the leak was coming from and the cause. All during the work experience Moe was personable, professional, friendly, polite, timely and knowledgeable. I will call Detroit Furnace Heating and Cooling especially Moe for future jobs. We had an awesome experience with Detroit furnace and the service technician, Jason P.
He was polite, professional, clean, informative in easy to understand terms and above all, actually seem to enjoy his job and show real care for solving our problem. We definitely would be using their services in the future when needed. This was a very refreshing reminder that top service is still available out there.

I have an older home, so galvanized plumbing was breaking down. While the DTE home repair service didn't cover pipe replacement, all of the work done was professional.

Ben came out to address some concerns and had it handled immediately after I made the necessary work request.

Wow! Amanda was super helpful, on a Sunday no less! She made some calls on my behalf, called me back promptly and was so sunny and professional. 5 stars. Then, Dana and Sean came right on time fixed the problem, cleaned up really well, and they were also very professional and equally cheery. What a great experince. Highly recommend.

Miles Steinhart came out within an hour of the call. Work was done quickly and professional. Technician explained what he was doing and what needed to be fixed. Showed me broken part and left it with us. Replaced it quickly, carried the part on his truck and fixed all right away. Friendly and competent. Thank you so much! Best heating and cooling company ive ever worked with!! called and spoke with Tom in the office, he was so helpful and understanding. even tho they were booked up, he was able to fit me in their super busy schedule same day!..when other company's would not... not to mention the fantastic technician he sent out, got my furnace up and running in no time!
