C & C HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

Used this company for the past several years and have had great service. Intelligent and friendly staff. Had a new furnace and air conditioner last year installed with them. I called them recently to discuss options for cooling the upstairs due to poor vent work and to look at my second house next door as it recently stopped working (old system and not their install) . The existing system was in the house when purchased. Technician was very nice, but looked at system very briefly and said it was not to code and could not be serviced by them. Fair. The issue is he charged a large diagnostic fee. There was no diagnosis. I still have no idea what the issue is and while I understand inability to service something for liability reasons, it not right to charge a diagnosis fee when it was not provided. I paid it and said nothing. When you have a good experience, you may tell a few close friends. When an experience is poor, you tend to tell more people. This company is traditionally very responsive, timely, and has great office workers. Unfortunately, the service and business quality has gone downhill.

Desmond was awesome! He fixed our issue and was so thorough! He gave me all the options for the future and got my AC cooling again on the spot. The office was great and the service was amazing. Highly recommend. I used a company the day prior that cut my service to the unit and told me it had to be replaced. Always have C &C take a look! Skip the others. Thank you.

The service was excellent. The service rep that C &C sent out, Michael N. was on time, polite and answered any questions I had. The C& C representative made sure to put on his booties BEFORE he entered my condo. He explained everything that was done and then wrote up the invoice and Emailed it to me.
I would recommend C&C heating all of nd cooling to anyone that needed heating
and/or cooling Service ....

Dennis M and his team did an excellent job installing a new furnace and A/C system I recently purchased from C&C Heating and Air Conditioning in my house. When the Mechanical and Electrical city inspectors did their inspection of the work performed they commented on the great intention to detail that Dennis and his team did on the job. Your team identified and corrected issues in ductwork which could have led to the need for an early replace my existing system only 13 years after it was installed. The result was the new installation furnace and A/C passed inspection without a problem and I’m looking forward to years of reliable heating and cooling from the new system. Thanks again to everyone involved in selling and installing my new system.

I am a C&C Heating Club Member and have never had any issues with scheduling or service. The membership is a great value which includes two checkups per year. I love the convenience of automated monthly payments. Makes it worry free.

C&C were phenomenal! My furnace wasn't working on one of the coldest days of the year! I called and talked to Lisa and she was able to get Patrick to my house within 15 minutes of my phone call. Patrick was awesome and got my furnace working right away! Thank you C&C!

Trevor L. was the Service Technician that came out to look at our air conditioning unit. Trevor identified and fixed the issue within minutes! Additionally, he figured out a way to get air circulating better throughout the entire house! Couldnt have asked for a smoother experience. David C. was an amazing guy and quoter. He did a great job selling me the job, he seemed honest and genuine and did not try and upsell me. Randy, Jordan, and Brendan did a phenomenal job with the install. They did a perfect install and clean job with putting all the parts together. As a mechanical engineer I was very impressed! C&C was one of 7 total quotes I had from several companies and they by far the most competent, quality, and price I found. I highly recommend C&C for all HVAC needs! My install included a new furnace, humidifier, AC unit, vent boot, furnace filter, water discharge pump, and smart thermostat. I also had a duct cleaning done by Matt and Luis! Those guys were super competent, professional and great guys. The property ducts had never been cleaned in the history of the property (50+ years). Overall C&C far exceeded my expectations and I would hire them a thousand times over. They did a good job on everything and even the small details they made sure were perfect. As a first time home owner I am super happy 😊 ! Thank you C&C!

Brian the salesperson impressed me with his matter-of-fact demeanor and rapid responses. Michael the lead installer was obviously capable, and a pleasure to have in our house. Nathan visited several days later to address questions of efficient distribution of cool air to the upstairs. I’m told he made an excellent impression and believe the problem is likely resolved.
