The only reason I didn't give a star for good value is that I have no way to gauge that. C&C installed a furnace in one of our previous homes and we were satisfied with the installation and performance. They have repaired my furnace and it was done well, since I didn't have to call them back until today, when my 22 yr. old furnace was pronounced done and over with (after a basement flood no less), The salesman came out this afternoon for an estimate on a new system. Dave C. gave us estimates for two systems, one less expensive than the other and explained everything thoroughly. He was professional, courteous, and helpful, as was Dave D., the repairman. I have a lot of faith in the company.

Kevin was very professional and they did a great job explaining various things. The only thing from keeping this from 5 stars and my business in the future is the fact that I have paid a diagnostic fee every time they’ve come out. ( 3 times in 6 months). I’ve had the same or similar issue with the flame staying lit re-occur several times now and because they are replacing one part at a time…the diagnostic fee isn’t covered because it’s a new part. Keep in mind I called 3 days after they had replaced one part and explained that a previous issue from before was occurring again. Call me crazy but shouldn’t heating systems go through a thorough inspection each time someone comes out so that any part not functioning can be replaced at once? Almost similar to a 27 point inspection that your car goes through when you bring it in for service. Once again, these calls were not even a week apart and I can almost guarantee what wasn’t functioning correctly today was not functioning correctly a week ago based on my description I gave to them of what was occurring. Apparently there was a misunderstanding of what is covered when they come back out from a previous visit. I knew I’d pay for a new part if that was the case but the diagnostic fee should have been covered. A week ago over $1200 to replace a part (including a diagnostic fee) and now this time around $291 for a part that cost $60 and another diagnostic fee to top that off. I like the professionalism and the convenience of where they are located, but time for a new heating/cooling company.

My furnace stopped working this morning and Kevin was at my house less than an hour after I called. He was thorough in checking the furnace and discovered what needed to be fixed. The part was in the truck and he was able to get my heat running! I'm very impressed with this company and how responsive they are.

Matthew came to prepare our A/C system for the summer. First he took time to describe what he was going to do. Then he went about the business of completing his tasks, keeping me in the loop with his progress. Finally, he reviewed with me the things we could do to keep the system in tip top shape by making suggestions and offering services. Did all of this in under an hour, and always respectful.

Excellent service! Anthony and Josh were very professional, hard working, answered all my questions, and did good clean work (no messy wiring, pipe or duct work). After the install was complete, they cleaned up the job site, then Anthony instructed me on how to use the new system. I highly recommend C&C Hearing and Air Conditioning.
