I have used these wonderful professionals for years. They are always punctual, professional and very well priced. I have recommended Priebe Mechanical to many people and they have reported back to me how pleased they were with their service and pricing.

Can't say enough positive things about Bill and his team. My husband called Bill and he came out I believe next day and instead of trying to sell us a new furnace, he tried to see if he could fix it. After the fix didn't work (not his fault, whoever installed the furnace before we owned the house shouldn't have passed inspection!), he was able to get us in within a week to replace the furnace. Gus and team showed up the day most of southern Michigan lost power from the snow/ice storm. They were able to install the furnace with my power being out and brought a generator to test it to make sure it worked. We did have a hiccup with a leak from the humidifier, but that's only because we lost power again and it tripped the GFCI breaker. They came out next business day and showed me how to fix that. Excellent company, great integrity. And prices were fantastic! Thank you Bill, Gus, and team!

Truly not the biggest in Macomb County, and not the smallest, but just right to care & provide honest service calls and integrity.

Have hired them for a complete furnace install.
1- A-C unit ,2 - water heaters and this year alone I have hired them to gas pipe a dryer set up to gas, and last week they vented & connected a microwave flue .

Mr Priebe himself, usually bids and or quotes the job, he and his crew complete the work, not sub contracted out.

Also when your furnace or ac is on the fritz, your trusting someone , who knows the nuts & bolts of what is going on internally, several years back I had a furnace that would not fire up, I feared the worse. William came out that afternoon , diagnosed the system , found out it was a wire in the thermostat that needed to be soldered, which he did
Service call $40 which included the repair, he could have said it was the always infamous "cracked heat ex changer "

But as always did the right thing.

Real pleasure to do business with people who are honest and reliable. They also flushed and serviced my tankless hot water heater. Definitely will use them without hesitation.

Had my furnace go out and they came and actually looked at it to get my heat running again. The other two guys just tried to sell me a furnace and didn't even check to see if they could get my furnace running again. I'm going to buy my furnace from priebe after this experience. I also know he's not just going to try to get me too buy something if I don't need it.

Called Bill when my furnace wasn't starting up. His guys were able to come out sooner than expected, found the problem and replaced the part for a very fair charge. They even took a quick look at the AC as well to make sure everything looked good. Highly reccommend for honest and professional service!

I’ve known Bill for a couple years and I highly recommend him for any HVAC needs along with boiler systems which most HVAC contractors are not comfortable with. All the staff is professional, efficient, and easy to work with.

Back in January 2019 my furnace began to make strange noises. On a referral I called Priebe Mechanical. They arrived and after diagnosing the problem, they quoted me a price. I informed them that the next day I would be home around 4. The guys left without acknowledging whether they would be back or not. Without any phone calls, I assumed they were not available so I ended up working late. 3 days later I find a door knob card stating they had been here (still no phone call) waited an hour, and to call to reschedule. After working 70 hours over 7 days, I finally had a chance to call, saying I was available. No call back so I called a few days later and was told quite frankly, to look elsewhere.. Without hesitation I did! Very poor customer communication, not the way to run a business, regardless of how busy you are!

Bill Priebe and crew are amazing! We had several estimates done for what I assume is a big job. We had no duct work and baseboard heating so we needed EVERYTHING! After setting up multiple appointments with other A/C companies we had one person give us an astronomical quote, the other came to our home and promised us a quote within a week and we never heard back, Priebe Mechanical gave us a reasonable quote and then came out to give a more accurate estimate. Everything about this company was professional. They communicated the with us regularly, arrived on time, and cleaned up after they were done, we couldn’t have asked for better people to help us. They did everything we needed including ductwork, new a/c unit and furnace at a great and honest price. This will be our go to heating and cooling company from now on!
