    So happy to have heat again! These guys work hard! I'm very happy with the service and they are very professional and take the time to explain things and my furnace was installed in less than a day. Very happy with everything. Definitely recommend

    Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Bought a home covered by a warranty company who uses these guys regularly, so when my hvac system failed they were the point of first contact.

    Tracy was very friendly and accommodating over the phone, and Randy (the owner) personally called with his recommendations and quote. He didn't try to upsell either, but gave candid advice based on our usage.

    The installers were great. It took two days but only because they squeezed us in on a weekend to at least get the furnace in (which was greatly appreciated given the current temperatures outside). When they were done - they cleaned the house thoroughly and explained everything about the units.

    They will definitely be my first route for all annual maintenance.

    From the day this dealership installed a brand new unit, there has been a nasty high pitched noise. They even confirmed the noise is not normal. My wife called and spoke to Randy the owner of this company. Randy in a very angry tone told my wife that "we need them and they don't need us" and hung up. They even suggested that we "better get used to the noise" and listen to "white noise". We have contacted them many times to which they came and attempted to fix it. Each time they came to try to fix it, the noise became worse. 4 months after installation, my heater no longer works. We notified the dealer that we have no heat and no one responded to us. 4 days after my first call, I contacted them again and a representative said they would send someone to check it out within 3 days. Nobody showed up. Bottom line we paid so much money for a new heater/AC unit and we ended up with no heat. We have constantly tried calling them and they brush us off and hang up on us. Please do your research before trying out this company. Angry owner, rude and very bad customer service. I don't understand how a company like this can even be in business.

    We had a problem with our furnace in our mobile home, they came out and fixed it, it went out again a few days later it is a old furnace, we are on a protection plan with consumers and they couldn’t get us a appointment until Monday, it’s Saturday and it’s going to be like 5 degrees tonight, Michigan Climate Control called us immediately and fixed our problem with it by over the phone guidance, and they were willing to come out tonight to get it working if we were not able to get it up and running with there guidance. We are so appreciative of them and there help! THANK YOU so much!!!! We definitely recommend there services as they are up front and show they care!

    Fast, friendly service. They also fix the problem correctly without making it feel like a fortune or an extensive process. They've fixed my ac last year and even though it was a simple issue, the tech didn't make me feel like a fool. I highly recommend

    They broke the handle on my back screen door and acted like they knew nothing about it. Still not fixed. Then they call me to schedule an appointment for an inspection and nobody shows. Wasted a whole day staying home waiting. Not cool.
