Brian did an excellent job of reviewing my current A/C system because my air conditioning hasn’t worked the last 10 days. He assessed my system and checked the data to determine why my AC wasn’t working. He explained important information to me. By the time he left my air conditioning was working and the house was becoming comfortable. Very pleased with his service/professionalism

David was professional, took his time to address my AC issue, He called me and explained to me the problem, what he has done in details.

Desmond quickly identified and explained problems we were having with AC. He explained everything in detail that was causing AC to not run properly. He was upfront about costs before adding freon, which was much appreciated because I was shocked at how expensive freon is. Desmond was prompt, courteous, respectful of property, and very knowledgeable! I will definitely recommend C&C and use them again in future.

My furnace was not working properly do to a power outage. Dave from C&C came out was unable to complete the repair until the power is completely restored. I was charged the service fee but told they would come back within 30 days to repair and not charge me again!

They showed up early and quickly got to work. Everything our technician said would happen went exactly the way they said it would.

Within 4 hours my new AC was installed, all areas cleaned up and left looking even better than it did.
I would totally recommend this company. I have been on their maintenance plan for 2 years. It gives me confidence I am staying on top of my HVAC system and exceed the value of my home!

Trevor (and his associate/ I didn’t get his name)was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Very happy we were sent these gentleman! They took great care of us and made our hvac issue bearable. Overall highly recommend c and c!

David stopped by to provide me with an estimate for replacing my AC unit and furnace. He showed up on time, discussed available options, and created a proposal tailored to my needs. He was available to answer some follow-up questions I had the next day as well.
