Brian of C&C Heating and Air Conditioning text as well as called me to tell me he was on the way. For me that is very important. I could pick up for the correct call and not all the scams I receive daily. I felt like I was being given all the information I needed and now can make an informed decision based on that.

Bryan R came to my house to replace a furnace inducer assembly today. He was timely, professional, courteous, efficient, and tested the inducer to verify it was working properly. This is the 2nd time Bryan has provided service to our home, and I highly recommend him! C&C Heating and Air Conditioning’s customer service is top-notch! Communication with their customers is a high priority.

Chris and his brother Steve did a great job! On time, professional, excellent technical knowledge, good communication, nice job on cleanup. I'd hire both of these technicians on any other job!

Dave Loop has maintained our furnaces for decades. He thoroughly checked our new Trane and found all OK. He had recommended this furnace to replace our Lennox after it was flooded. We like the Trane better--definitely quieter, more powerful & more energy-efficient. Steve Morrow engineered the HVAC system, revising ductwork & adding A/C. Sarmack L. led the crew who did an outstanding job. In its first year it's been a great system. Thanks to all at C&C!

I had an issue with my 13 year old Bryant furnace.
Brian J came out and diagnosed the issue, which was a cracked heat exchanger. He had a great attitude and was apologetic to have to deliver bad news. His diagnosis made sense for me as I had spent half the day resetting the flame rollout switch and just generally being a danger to myself. We decided to order a replacement furnace, as the replacement part was also known to fail, at which point the rest of the equipment would be seriously dated.
Zack and Jeremy installed the furnace over the course of a four or so hours, were professional and ran me through how to use the newly installed smart thermostat. They had rolled out a floor cover and wore booties through the house. They even cleaned up a bit of drywall dust from a new hole for one the thermostat screws.
The following day, I realized that I did not have independent fan control via the new smart thermostat, so I called. The company dispatched David, and he was here before noon. He also automatically came in wearing booties, and resolved the issue in about 5 minutes.
The price of the unit was fair compared to the two other companies we called, and we had a great overall experience.
