C & C HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

I called and they had someone out in a few hours! I had a new furnace and AC installed. All within 3 days (Sunday being in the middle). This company has been nothing but stellar from diagnostic to sales through installation. Bryan, the sales rep, was very educational, showing great options and helped me make the best choice for my home. Zach the installer was exceptional. He was professional, courteous and lead the crew to a great install. They were responsive and on time informing me every step of the way. If you are in need of a great HVAC company whether you’re needing work on a current system or an installation on a new system give C & C a call. You won’t regret it!

Trevor was very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He also gave other helpful hints. Thank you Trevor!

Matthew was very courteous and considerate. He respected my request to wear a mask after I explained my health situation. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He took the necessary time to examine and clean the air conditioner, check the furnace area, change the furnace filter, turn off the humidifier, and change the batteries in the wall unit. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

Doug did a thorough job on servicing the AC for the season. I was quite impressed.
He was very polite, and I was very happy.

The woman who greeted me was very nice but when she asked the guy that sits across from the parts counter to help his was response was “yeah sure I guess” as he rolled his eyes. He then looked up the part I needed and quoted me $650 for a part that lists for $375. Poor customer service and price gouging. I was able to find the part local and in stock….I’ll never go back.

Brian showed up less than half an hour from my call for help because our furnace stopped in subfreezing weather. Not only that but he was able to do a quick fix to get things going while we wait for the replacement blower motor. Amazing response thank you!

Received a call 10 min prior to Desmond’s arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant, performed the maintenance on the furnace and was on his way. Excellent service!!!

Fast and friendly service, from the first call to Tony who came and fixed our issue. He also gave options of solutions and did not feel forced or pressured to make decisions favoring him doing more work/higher billing. Would recommend to others and use again.

Turned out to be a more complicated issue and they came out the same day I called a few weeks after, waived the service fee and got everything tuned up again!

Dennis and the two gentlemen that came to install our new furnace and a/c were very professional, friendly, and polite. They did the installation, cleaned up and Dennis walked us thru and explain what they did and how everything worked. Dennis went above and beyond. Thank you all!
