Our hot water heater was leaking very badly and quickly, so I called for emergency service. Jessica (customer service) found someone to come out right away. The tech, Zack Whipple, was here within 1/2 an hour, explained the problem, was very professional/knowledgeable, and fixed it almost immediately. We are so impressed with Detroit Furnace that we won't go elsewhere from now on unless absolutely necessary! Highly recommended without hesitation!

The technician George arrived promptly, was courteous, respectful and professional. It was very clear to me that he had been doing his job for at least ten or fifteen years. He quickly figured out what was wrong and just as efficiently resolved all of my problems with the furnace as well as prevented future breakdowns.
