Jason Piotrowski fixed my a/c unit. He was professional, prompt and courteous. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Jason and Detroit Furnace. Great work Jason and thanks.

When our a/c unit -- which we'd gotten last year -- wasn't working last week, Jason Piotrowski from Detroit Furnace came out and quickly saw that the people who had installed our furnace a few months ago had wired it in such a way that the a/c wasn't getting the electricity/voltage it needed. He fixed the wiring, and now the a/c works. And he was courteous and friendly the whole time. (Even though I selected the "Good value" button -- because I don't want to give the impression that I think they're not good value -- I really don't know their prices because we were fortunate enough to get Jason/Detroit Furnace through DTE Energy's Home Protection Plus plan.)

Jason Piotrowski was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job! This is my second time using this company and they are very reliable. I will continue to use their services.

Jason Piotrowski was very prompt and professional. He answered all of our questions and provided great insight on what was causing our issue with our water heater. Detroit Furnace is a great company with exceptional staff and customer service! I would certainly recommend them to my family/friends if ever they need services!

This "SUPERVISOR" while training a new employee came to my house. Gave me this quote and left.... I immediately retrieved 7k out of my account (bc he referred me to an electrician for $1200), his brother in law i think he said Jamie. Come to find out. I only needed NEW fuses. My husband called him ON SPEAKER and asked why he said I needed a NEW 6K unit. He said.... I NEVER TOLD HER THAT! I SAID SHE ONLY NEEDED FUSES. WELL..... WHY DID HE DO THIS QUOTE THEN? RUN! He's in management so obviously he was told to scam us. Be safe Ladies....

I just want to thank you for sending Jason P to my house to work and fix my AC and furnace. He was polite, quick and efficient and has a great sense of humor. He's a keeper.

Jason Piotrowski was AMAZING. I’ve had the issue with this furnace from the last time I got it checked out and instead of changing the bad part the mechanic just cleaned it off so I was able to tell Jason the issue and he literally change the switch out with a new one and 5 minutes later he was packing up. He was great. Give that man a raise lol.

Steve McFarland was professional, courteous and nice. He answered my questions about our tub and faucet and was very clear. Thank you for being polite as well!😊
