I have an older house and have been in it for 22 years.
I have been very fortunate and have not had too many issues to deal with.
Unfortunately, my shower head broke off the shower arm and it was not a typical unscrew and screw on the new one.
John originally came out to look at it and the pipe ended up breaking. He originally thought he was going to have to tear into walls to fix it.
He came back a few days later and ended up fixing it without tearing up anything.

From my initial meeting with Steve their comfort consultant into scheduling with Scott via a phone call I was excited to see the quality work after being amazed by the level of professionalism up to that point.
Matt and Dave showed up on time and got to work and let me tell you now, these 2 gentleman are artists with hvac equipment. From the custom bending they did for the new lines for the condensing unit outdoors to the sheet metal/ duct work inside I'm beyond satisfied with this company. Nothing but knowledgeable, friendly staff who's smiles reflect this company values to take care of there customers. Thank you for taking care of my families needs and I pray you continue to succeed.

Best experience we've had with a contractor in this house by far. Came out for an estimate on a repair and pointed out some very dangerous code violations that should have been noted by our home inspector but wasn't. Brian worked with his team to develop a solution that would solve all of the issues at the time of repair.

Called to schedule on Friday afternoon. They rearranged the schedule to be out Monday Morning due to the fact that we lost heat.

Barry came out today even though I only called today. He explained everything and performed the work to my complete satisfaction. My furnace/ac is 28 years old, whether to repair or replace was the question. Barry explained there were no guarantees the repair would work and gave me options to make an informed decision.
