I chose McQuade by viewing the posted reviews. We were not disappointed. Judy the receptionist; very positive and Shawn the technician was right on time, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Lastly, I did not flinch at the price.

Very expensive company. Their worker Barry spent exactly one hour and ended up charging me $165. I thought I was going to pay $89.99 for the diagnostic check, but I guess I was wrong!! Freaking $165 for an hour!!! Give me a break. He didnt even have to change anything. The humidifier he came to fix started working after he messed with it a couple of times. He charged me for his lecture on how my furnace worked and how the pipes were laid out. I called the company the next day and I was able to get a hold of the owner who agreed to split the $75 I was overcharged. The check arrived 2 dYs later.

VERY happy with the service we got this past Wednesday. The young man, sorry I forgot his name, was very efficient, got our problem figured and was able
To quick fix it. I will be setting up an appointmen soon to get the rest of the work done. Do not hesitate to call McQuade for anything.

Had a guy come out for spring AC checkup. First one in a few years and it turned out he came just in time! He pointed out trouble spots, quoted me fair price, and it kept him here a couple hours working on it, putting him behind for the rest of the day. Yet he never complained, only very courteous. Will use McQuade again for all heating/cooling needs!

When our heat went out in the dead of winter Mike came out for an estimate the same day and made sure that we were on the schedule. The crew came a day or so later and put in our new furnace so that we would have heat and returned a couple days later to finish the job. Excellent service!

To Mr. McQuade and to all the supportive folks at your facility:

We are finally in relief having passed through our situation having all four of our furnaces replaced that were definitely unsafe to operate and in fact all had reached their own proven point of failure. We were fortunate to have your team to carry us through this recovery.
From the beginning, the first response for each time with Mike Beard was highly instrumental with the troubleshooting and evaluating what our needs were. Mike is incredibly skilled as well as prepared with the best testing equipment. His approach with us has always been very informative and made comfortable. The support from Scott working with this information was always spot on with developing a final solution that was seamless as it fit into our existing equipment and provided the best product to meet our demands including the R-410A migration with our Air Condition systems. The cost of these solutions was honestly very fair and reasonable. It was most appreciated to actually have conversation with Mike Beard and Scott to fully inform us and to allow us a complete understanding of what our options were and to what we could realize with these solutions. We were respectfully given quotes and the understanding of the statement of work.
Scheduling was very responsive, and the installation team was fully equipped and prepared. For each of our installations we were very fortunate of having Mike and Steve at our site. They were very knowledgeable about what tasks were needed to retrofit the new equipment into our older configured site. Each installation truly reflects the high level of professionalism that this team promotes. In all aspects, all materials used to merge the equipment respective to gas lines and new shutoff valves, the electrical conduit and new switches/boxes, the absolutely artistic work of reconnecting all the PVC inlets and outlets and having with them the actual prepared ductwork sections to make this all possible. The work area and site was highly respected which was always clean, and all materials removed from site. They were very courteous of their presence and safety of the site. The new equipment was always demonstrated and training was always provided.
All being said I am proud to having been associated with your company and to being able to offer your services to support our Church. We are grateful for your dedicated team of professionals and look forward to a well deserved relationship with our future.

they are so expensive and send people for service with no knowledge. I spent $8k for New AC and Furnace. Within 1 year I called them twice. They were sending some young guys with no knowledge. First time I had to change my filter and They wrote on Furnace " change filter 4 x a year", few months later I had problem with " brand new AC", I had leaking inside furnce with some frozen parts inside plus Furnace were making weird noises. some young men came and said that I have to change my filter every month now!!! and everything was because of that:) but my filter was replaced a month before and with no dirt r dust when he came. I still have same problem that I had but They charge me $90 for service, just to see the guy with no help!!! If you smart enough, go with different company!! Do NOT spend so much for such a weak service.

Dan from Mcquade Heating and Cooling came out and fixed our furnace the same day we called. He explained everything, gave me options, cleaned everything thoroughly. Very pleased with the service and the tech.

Great experience. First time Id ever needed any hvac help so I looked for a good local company based on google reviews and decided on McQuade. AC had stopped running the previous evening, I called first thing in morning probably about the moment they opened. They worked me in same day during what has to be an extremely busy time of season in a good 90 degree stretch. Original window of visit had to be adjusted but they let me know 2.5hrs before original time so understandable and awesome! Got to stay at work and finish up more. Tech showed up early/mid afternoon still, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, replaced a capacitor with extensive explanation and 10-15mins later was on his way having set my little world right, my ac blazing cold air again and my dog back atop a floor vent smiling. Reasonable service call rate and transparent part cost. Will gladly turn to them again for any future needs!

Matt & Wade were on time. . Wade even helped me with my gas grill noticed the tank was not attached. He knew my husband died this year and he asked me if he could do this since he was outside working on the central air. I thanked him. It was wonderful of him to offer and do this for me. They cleaned up the area they were working in and were done very fast. I would highly recommend the Mc Quade Heating & Cooling Company and especially MATT & WADE. Thanks again for everything.
