McQuade Heating & Cooling Plumbing & Refrigeration

Yesterday, January 17th, Sean performed a service and cleaning of the furnace McQuade installed for us in 2016. I had neglected service since then but without any problem. Despite my neglect, the furnace remains in great shape, functioning flawlessly. Sean was professional, cordial, personable and all business. Many thanks, no other firm will touch my heating and cooling units.

McQuade has been my HVAC service company for a few years now having installed and serviced my furnaces. I called one morning to inform them that I had a leak in my HVAC drain. They were out later that day and had it fixed in no time. Great service; friendly, quick and efficient. Highly recommend them for any HVAC service.

Called McQuade for an estimate to replace the furnace and a/c at my mother's house. Mike Beard not only gave the estimate, but also got moms old a/c unit running until the new equipment could be installed. This was greatly appreciated as we were in the midst of a stretch of 90 degree heat. Mike went above and beyond to make sure mom was taken care of. The installation crew did a great job as well. Worked with McQuade to replace the dying 19-year-old furnace in my new home. It could not have went easier; installation and cleanup took two techs a little over four hours, and the furnace has worked great for the last four months. No complaints at all, and would not hesitate to work with them again for any future HVAC maintenance or upgrades.

The technician who came out to our house was great. I figured we needed a new system but he did his best to save us that cost. When I decided a new unit was the only way to go, he helped my wife and I choose the best one for our needs and budget. It's nice to be able to make an informed choice without pressure.

I had high hopes for McQuade based on the good reviews. Initial quote around $350 to replace old gas line, but upon arrival McQuade employee said they charge by the feet then quotes $650 (almost double) for the job. Paid the $89.95 ‘diagnostic fee’ for him to leave.

By far one of the BEST companies ive given business to as a new homeowner. Unexpectedly my furnace died on me and I needed a new one. Upon referral from a friend I called McQuade and within 2 hours of the call they were at my house. After the visit I had a quote emailed to me within minutes. Not only was I promised a new furnace but McQuade wanted to, and I quote " Do the job right". They definitely delivered and exceeded my expectations. Everyone I spoke with demonstrated professionalism and answered all my questions with no issues. This is not a name I will forget if there is ever a next time :)

I can't say enough about our experience with McQuade Heating,Cooling and Electrical. From the estimate to the install,everything about this transaction was conducted in a very professional manor.

My personal thanks to installers Scott and Wade for handling the install in such a clean, polite, timely and professional manor. I was so impressed with my furnace and A/C install experience, I immediately asked Brian if I could have both men return and install two bathroom exhaust vents for us which they did the following week.

In the spring, I will ask them back to change out my hot water tank and install one additional bathroom exhaust vent for my basement bathroom.

Brian & Vicki McQuade can be very proud of the company they run. I have (already) and will continue to recommend them to anyone I know considering a furnace and A/C purchase in the future.

Great service, I called at 7 am, by 8:15 a plumber was out and replacing my busted Hot Water Tank. He also pointed out some issues I had that were not up to code and corrected them. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you for your prompt service, I can take a hot shower again. :)
