John just left my house after clearing roots from the plumbing. He was very courteous and kept working on the problem until everything was cleaned out. I am very happy with his work. Very nice to have in my home. Will never use another plumbing company. Excellant!!!!

My daughter furnace quit working and I contacted 2 other companies to repair it, only to be told it had be replaced. Called Mcquade Heating and they fixed it instead of replacing at a faction of the cost. Also came back out the next week to replace another part at no charge. Very honest and helpful service people.

I have been using McQuade since 2005. They have done excellent work for me. Their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. John, the plumber, has been a real good find for them.

My first experience with McQuade HCPR was life saving for my family. My 8yr old furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. They found the new exchanger and replaced it; under warranty from manufacturer. Months later same problem. Replaced again tech noting quality of both replacemnets were diff material than the origional exchanger. Third exchanger went in months also. At my request McQuade replaced furnace in clean, efficient, timely manor. Only needs up keep since.
Recently, My water heater would not work at 4pm on the Wed before Thanksgiving, 2017. I called McQuade HCPR, was offered a technician , explained pricing and the tech arrived as promised. He was fast, neat, respectful, explained the problem and planned the repair with my input. I was so grateful for their help. Honest, kind, respectful employees.

McQuade installed a new TRANE furnace and A/C 2 years ago. 5 star satisfaction with the results then and still 5 star satisfied now. Ambrose was out a few days ago to do the annual service. Friendly, Professional, Courteous and timely. Could not ask for any better service or company. Highly recommend.
