We recently had our water heater replaced buy McQuade. They came out the same day that we called them. Their service was prompt efficient and very professional. The serviceman even covered his shoes when he came in the house so he wouldn't track anything in. he was friendly and knowledgeable and kept us informed of what was going on. I would highly recommend McQuade Heating Cooling Plumbing for any of your service needs.

They set me up within hours after I called. Everyone from the person who took my call to the gentlemen who replaced my hot water heater was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and did an excellent job.

So we had our AC unit ripped out and got a new one installed. The two gentlemen who came out were very nice however after the install we noticed they had drilled into our drywall in our secondary bathroom. As soon as I found it I called up to the building. I also emailed pictures over. The manager there had told me he would send someone over to repair the wall. That his friend would contact me soon. Well it has been over 2 months now and I still haven’t heard anything. Really disappointed we paid that much money for a new install and they damaged our wall, and did not follow through with what they said. Other then this experience was good.

It was truly a great experience having the old system removed and a brand new much more efficient system installed. The installers were experienced and professional and explained the new system well.

Working with Scott and his team to get a new A/C unit to replace my poorly installed, badly aged one has been an absolute joy.
From the beginning, Mcquade told me that even though I had a small budget, they would only want to install equipment that they would feel comfortable with in their own home, and did--even coming in significantly *under* estimate, which never happens.
They also kept me up-to-date with appointment times and the erratic Michigan weather, and even left a souvenir McQuade water bottle, with a note asking me to call with any questions, which is not expected, but very cool as an extra!
In the intimidating world of home repair, McQuade is exactly the friendly, efficient service everyone hopes for. I felt like I was dealing with a family member or friend, but was just a regular customer blindly looking off of the internet.

McQuade did complete removal of old Furnace and AC and installed new. They now do annual inspections of both. Removal and installation was done in a prompt professional manner. Installers obviously knew what they were doing. Could not be happier with results and cost. Ambrose was out prior to the winter closing in to do a maintenance check and just came out to do the A/C check for summer. Very happy. Clean, courteous and professional. Great job McQuade. Highly recommend.

Great Company, We have had McQuade a few time at our home to replace our furnace and a/c along with a new hot water tank. Also, had them put in a water back-up on our sump pump. Each time that they have been out the workers did a very professional job and in a timely manner. Looking for a quality and professional company rest assure McQuade is the one to go with.

They are great. They are very concerned with your satisfaction. They treat you like family, even if your not. I had a problem furnace that the repair man could have easily told me I need a new furnace, but he found a way to keep it going for another couple of years. They are very honest. They will always have my business.

After calling several companies on a Sunday to come out, McQuade was the ONLY company to call me back and come out. Once the repair person (Mike) told us we needed a new furnace, I called first thing Monday morning and Scott had his top notch technicians out with a new furnace that morning. I can't thank McQuade enough for the professionalism of the install and awesome service they provided.

Great job. Paying was easy. I wish more companies did it like this company. The issue I keep seeing is charging 5% on cards because they don’t have the proper set up. Since were in a “coin shortage” and the work being done can cost hundreds of not thousands; this company made the right move with allowing payment and quotes to be allowed electronically. I did have to call a week later for a follow up on when they were planning on doing the work but I feel it was offset by the ease of signing and paying.
