McQuade Heating & Cooling Plumbing & Refrigeration

We've used them for A/C, furnace and plumbing work and always been extremely satisfied. When I called for a sewage emergency and they weren't able to come out same-day, they referred me to a different company and even called them to set up the appointment for me!

I won't recommend this company at all through my bad experience, especially for people not honest and money oriented. They charge higher service call as $89 comparing others $50-$65. After the first services, I call for AC repair, the AC guy Mike Beard never returns calls, never show up at appointment. Plumbing man, Kevin Ecignerie, even cheated the working hours, 45 min work charge for 2 hrs. $175 per hr charge. ( I have cell phone record. 45 mins later charged was done from my Chase account...) I called to complain and got refund from owner for $175 over charge for plumbing. We are living in the high communicated society, please be honest and behavior to customers. Everyone is watching out you.

Not very great customer service ... went through all the scheduling only for him (a guy named Barry) to tell me that he would not service our unit, coming up with any and multiple reasons why he couldn't. It was basically he did not want to, and that was very apparent. I do not feel well taken care of or that this company had the desire to assist me with my needs.

We would like to Thank the people at McQuade Heating And Cooling for their Very Professional Service. They had a degree of Excellence and Professionalism about all the work that they did. We would recommend them to anyone looking for Air Conditioning or Furnace work.

McQuade Heating and Cooling is very professional, polite, timely, and they do great work. They have been my heating and cooling company for years - through multiple homes and home improvement projects (e.g. running gas lines for an upstairs laundry room and outdoor barbeque). Highly recommended!

Great company and great personal experience with Barry. The culture of any company is exhibited by the people they employ. Barry brought my furnace back up to snuf and his suggestions were needed and not pushed. Signing up for their annual plan and will never look to any one else to take care of my family.

Offered to rearrange their schedule to replace my hot water heater. At least 200 less than other quotes, wirh removal. Am calling soon to take care of another issue.

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. On 6/30/18 I emailed customer care about my desire to have a Trane XR14 4 ton AC installed. Two days later, with no communication, I decided to call. I was told that they were slammed, but the service manager would call back that day or the next. Another 2 days had passed & still no communication. I called again, & with slight variation, got the same answer as before. I called a third time asking what was going on, & got nearly the same answer as previously, “We are slammed.”

The proper thing would have been to tell me we are extremely busy, & unable to accept any new business @ this time. Instead they chose to be unprofessional by never returning my calls. I don’t understand, as my $4,300 (in cash) is as green as anybody else’s. I found a company (Comfort Temp) that respects my business. They always answer the phone, got back to me immediately, & had a service manager out the next day.

When I had major furnace problems in the dead of Winter, Mcquade came out the same day and installed a new furnace that evening. Great service! My house barely had a chance to cool down.

McQuade installed my furnace an electronic filter and I have a maintenance agreement for furnace, air conditioner and filter which works out well. Pleased with products and excellent service.
