Had a problem with our furnace in the middle of winter. The service man found the problem right away and fixed it for us.He checked out the furnace for us while he was here and showed us that we had our furnace filter in backwards. Very pleased with the service and the service man.

Consistently solid, reasonably priced, and helpful service. Even were so courteous to help diagnose a problem over the phone with my parents furnace and saved a visit. Will definitely use them again.

I've been working in construction and heating and cooling all my life, and this company is a sad excuse for a reasonable priced company, they are rediculious. i am located in Tennessee. and they lied to my parents and told them $1,600 just to repair. Do your self a favor and don't go with this company because they will lie, just to up-sell. Go to a company that is fair to their customers. A company that is more concerned for the customer, rather than concerned more about money. This company and its owner has lost all work ethics. Maybe at one time they were all about the customer, but they are definitely not concerned about the customer and their wallet.

Had furnace installed by them, it was a trane product that had a recall associated with it, tech came out and replaced that part, no issues at all! would highly recommend this company to friends and family

Needed a new sink and toilet. Thought I wanted a tall toilet and he explained it would be too tall for my height. He suggested comfort height and it is perfect! He also suggested products for my shower. Very pleased with installion and service! Would definity reccomend!

We were in a jam with family from out of town and our air conditioning went out in these very hot few weeks, we have been limping along the past couple years and knew it was time to get some quotes and have it replaced, a few places quoted but being the busy season it would be about 5-6 weeks to be able to put in a new system, I took a chance and called McQuade to see what they could do, they came out the next day and gave us a quote, the price was right, so I explained are situation about needing it in a hurry and they said they would see if they could do some scheduling adjustments to help us out, they called the next morning which was Friday and said they would be out Tuesday morning, we were happy but a little worried because this sounded to good, their installation team came out Tuesday morning and went right to work on replacing our system, their guys were professional, clean and did a excellent job, I never expected the excellent workmanship these guys put into installing our system, we are very happy with McQuade and would recommend them to anybody and a great group of people to work with,
