First off I wanna say that the work done was done well. But I was definitely ripped off. All I needed was a capacitor replaced (which took like 20 minutes tops) and it cost me 300$. Was later told by a friend who works in the field that it shouldn’t have cost any more than 200$. Also left the box on the grass. Too busy overcharging to even throw away the garbage?
Again. The work itself was good, but the overcharging was enough for me to decide to no longer use them in the future.
I've had 2 other separate heating and cooling companies come out to try and fix a smell issue in my house, hundreds of dollars. Within seconds Main knew what the smell was coming from and solved it and charged me $110 dollars. Amazing! I'll be calling them again in the future.

I called these guys a couple days ago on one of the coldest days of the year because my tenant called from one of my rentals saying the furnace was producing a bad smell. They said they would be out the same day and ended up coming within a couple hours and the office called me to let me know they were on their way which was great. Things became questionable after that. I never received a call from the tech and they billed me $165 for the trip. I had to find out from my tenant what was going on and call their office to get an invoice. The only thing that was communicated to me was that they changed the air filter from the filters i had left for the tenant. An hour later my tenant called and said the problem was still going on. The original problem was never fixed. They ended up coming back out later that day. Again I had no communication except for what my tenant told me which is they changed the capacitor. I figured since they didn't fix the problem the first time around they weren't going to bill me and that is why they didn't call or email. A couple days later I received another charge on my credit card for $148 with no call to approve it, an invoice or an explanation on what they did. I was charged over $300 without any calls or authorizing the work. After I sent an email inquiring what was going on I finally received a call from the tech David the next day. It was not a great call. When I questioned the issues like why I never received calls to authorize over $300 in charges or why it takes 2 trips (that i am being billed for) to fix a common problem I was met with excuses and very unapologetic. My experience was not great, my recommendation is to call someone else.
Excellent service! My air conditioning went out on a Friday night, I called Main on Friday night and asked for service on Saturday morning. They called first thing Saturday morning to let me know that a technician would be out shortly. David came shortly after receiving the call and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explained the diagnosis to me very well. He had the problem repaired and the air running in a very timely manner and then spent some time looking at my furnace and explaining how to properly transfer the air throughout my home. The price charged for the repairs was very reasonable. David is very knowledgeable and passionate in what he does. I would definitely refer this company and will be contacting them again when I'm ready to upgrade my equipment. Thank you for a job well done.

The entire team here are incredible; from my first phone call, everything was explained in a polite and friendly manner. The process of replacing a furnace and an AC could not have been smoother. The owner David came out for an estimate an answered all of my wife's questions, and even made himself available off hours to answer mine. The installation was done on time and in short order and with no issues. The installation team who came to our home were professional and did a great job with the additional piping and exhaust they had to install and were happy to work with any requests I had. I would heartily recommend Main Heating and Cooling, they went above and beyond and have earned a lifelong customer.

Furnace was 20+ years old, and once they took off flashing for AC component, found it was full of mold. Was told about a better deal buying a furnace and AC altogether. So I purchased the 2 part install option. James, price tech guy, showed me all my options and found me the best cost effective fit for my house. Son of owner named Dave and other install guy named Eric, were installing me a 95% efficiency furnace, and Dave's dad, the OWNER of Main Heating and Cooling, even showed up at my house on day of install 2 make sure everything was going well! What owner shows up on a furnace install job? None that I know of except Main Heating and Cooling. What impressed me the most was this company called me every day until my new furnace install 2 make sure I was okay, and had heat. Now that's exceptional service. Stacey and Amber at the front desk were so patient and answered all my questions; they have terrific during hours daytime and terrific after hours service. They are my personal favorite, picked them out just because of their reviews and I got blessed! They are fabulous! Will always have this company for service! Even their service plans for their units are reasonable. Not the most expensive, not the cheapest, but right in between, which is what you want. Cheap costs equals cheap service. They take great care of their employees, have talked to 9 employees already, and all 9 love their jobs at Main Heating and Cooling. That says enough for itself, a company that takes care of their employees. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!

I bought a Daikin mini-split air conditioner for bed room, Air Conditioner Engineering installed last summer, then found cool air keep going out after the unit reach the setting temperature, made me frozen midnight, Air Conditioner Engineering sent 2 technicians came 3 tomes, didn't know what problem; later called Kotz who sent technician came 3 times still don't know where is the problem... Final I called Main this month, their technician Todd came, confirmed the problem right away :its control board fail ... then get replace parts from Daikin, now fixed and resolved my one year problem. I really appreciate .they are super, reliable company you can trust....
Fantastic business. Sold me what we needed at a very reasonable price. Installed a new furnace and A/C system. They showed up 15 minutes early to the house. They were professional and personable. Dog friendly (They all gave my puppie, Rollo the attention he wanted). They started at 7:30 and finished at 3:30pm. The work was involved (pulled out a 30 year old unit) and they did everything the right way opposed to the easy way. Total 5-star work.
I have dealt with Main Heating and Cooling for over 10 years. Excellent on time and professional service from all their crew. I have gotten a new furnace and hot water heater installed from them. Prior to getting new units any service calls have been dealt with quickly at any time of the day. I have highly recommended them to several neighbors and friends.
