We have used ThermalPros in the past, and were VERY satisfied with their professionalism. They honestly deserve a 10-star review. Everything, from the first contact with Angela at their office, all the way through the final installation, was handled exceptionally well. This is a good, old-fashioned HONEST company. We've dealt with the owner and several of their technicians, all of whom are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

We would never consider looking elsewhere for our HVAC needs. You can't do better than this company!

They were quick to get me a quote and I was scheduled for a week later for my HVAC replacement. The guys showed up on time and were done in less than a day. I love that Angela does all the legwork for the Consumers Energy rebate!

I reached out to ThermalPros Heating & Cooling when my central air unit stopped working. They were at my house two days later with a brand new unit. Arrived on time, very professional and proficient. These guys did an amazing job, were respectful of the property and cleaned up after all the hard work. Definitely would recommend and use their services in the future.

Called ThermalPro on Christmas evening the furnace quit... John replied right back and was here first thing the next morning. He found the issue right away but didn't have the correct motor on his truck. John repaired the old motor so we could have heat for now and a new motor ordered to be installed the next day! ThermalPros has really come through. Repairman Sal is courteous, honest, and went above and beyond when helping us out previously as well as currently. Unfortunately our ancient furnace has now given up. Thankfully ThermalPros was great at working out an affordable replacement system for us, and they were able to schedule our install quickly. Highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with ThermalPros. I had gotten quotes from several other companies to replace my furnace and AC and then contacted ThermalPros based on a recommendation from a friend. The other companies tried pitching the most expensive units, which cost twice as much and provided little benefit over other high-quality units. John from ThermalPros came the next day after I reached out, he inspected my furnace and AC with me, and provided quotes for high-quality Lennox products that were less expensive than quotes I received from other companies for similar products.

The installation went seamlessly. The team arrived at the time they had provided and also called in advance of their arrival. They were friendly and upon finishing the job, they walked through how to operate the units and the steps I should periodically take to ensure they continue to run well.

I highly recommend ThermalPros and would plan on using them for any future furnace/AC projects.

Update Dec. 13, 2022: Apparently I can't write a new review so I have to modify my previous one. I had another great encounter with ThermalPros today as they came out to address issues with my furnace humidifier. Scheduling the appointment was seamless. One of the individuals who came out was the person who helped install my AC and Furnace, and was familiar with my house and our system. They were able to quickly diagnose and address the issue. I will continue to reach out to them for any future furnace/AC projects.

Complete replacement of all HVAC components. Excellent service, on time install, clean, friendly employees who took time to explain systems and answer all questions. Office staff is really helpful as well - filed for all rebates for us!
