I initially gave this company a terrific review until I looked at my bill. I was so happy just to have my AC working again I never checked it. A BIG mistake! The tech charged me for 1.5 hours and was here only 45 minutes. I even joked with him to take a break since he had to charge for a full hour anyway. I am very greatfull that they came out when everyone was swamped because I have serious health concerns but I can't believe this was a mistake. I can't recamend this company.

No more business with this company, if you want to be ripped off call them. The technician took three hours exact to fix wires that were short connected.

Worst company ever. Do not use them. They use you and take all of your money and customer service is horrible. Don't waste your time or life with these people. If you want to be miserable, then use them.

Worst customer service! If I could rate this company zero stars , I would but unfortunately you have to give them at least one star to write review.
