Have an indoor gas fireplace that was not lighting appropriately and was spontaneously turning off when it did happen to work. Vince came over to our house the first day he was back from his vacation and promptly figured out the problem. Went out to the hardware store to get necessary parts and had it fixed soon after returning. Did a full operations check and cleaning of the fireplace. Thanks Vince. Would hire again.

Vinny came out the same day I called because he was in the area. We couldn’t get our gas fireplace to work and he was able to figure it out right away! He stayed in touch to let me know he was running a little behind schedule. Great guy and very efficient! I would definitely recommend him and we will have him back out to help us with something else.

This is an over 5 star review. We heard of this company through recommendations on Facebook. We gave Vinny a call today on a Saturday and he said he’d be here in 30 minutes. Sure enough, he was on time and very thorough. Being first time home owners as 2 young women, we didn’t know a thing about the fireplace but he made sure our questions and concerns were all answered. He didn’t push sales or try get more money out of us, he simply worked with what we had and helped us bring the fireplace back to life for the time being until we decide to purchase something else. 10/10 recommend this company, we will be doing more business in the future.
