Once again and only a week later, Vinny to the rescue. Furnace wasn't firing up, time to call Vincent. Again Vinny moved through ruling out each component and quickly concluded, bad induction motor. He got the part and problem solved in 20 min. Toasty and warm thanks to Vincent.

Vince came over to see about swapping my gas fireplace to wood. He was on time, professional & am referring him to my friend. His service call was reasonable as well. Thanks Vince, enjoying my fireplace now that you cleaned it and got it set correctly.

To accommodate my repairs and install….Vince offered a Sunday appointment. Arrived early and sent message of such. Pleasant, professional, personable and polite.

Demonstrated knowledge in all aspects of the jobs as I asked my usual questions!

Scope of work was repairing auxiliary furnace, generator gas connections and conversion of large BBQ to natural gas.

Insisted on total completion of the jobs even though the weather turned to freezing rain…and I indicated “come back” in the week.

Invoice was very detailed and charges reasonable and fair.

Vinnie saved the day for me. Thought we had a gas leak; gas company came out and shut us down. Told me to call a contractor so tried my usual HVAC place and was told they would be out next Monday. 4 to 5 days without heat, hot water...don't think so. Friend of a friend referred Vinnie who came out about 16 hours later. He was able to get everything up and running and found there wasn't a leak at all. He was very thorough and gave me tips on several things to do to keep everything going well. Very reasonably priced and professional. Support this local businessman!

Vinnie is very professional and honest. He came in and told me exactly what I needed to do to make my fireplace safe. He provided recommendations of what I can install and provided me with contacts for anything outside his scope. I’m very happy with his service and would recommend him to others!
