Vincent was here exactly when he said he would be. He was very friendly and patient. Explaining everything I needed to do to be proactive with our fireplace usage and how to look for issues that may arise. He also gave me a referral for a future job that I would want to do to keep my family safe and comfortable with our new (old) fireplace.

1/3/2022- Called Vince early on the 2nd for a fireplace issue and he was out same day! Shared the issue, told me why it failed, and repaired quickly. Appreciate his honesty! Will refer and seek him out when I plan on upgrading insert!

Vince was great to work with. Was able to move my AC unit super quick and fit me in his busy schedule as we needed it done ASAP for new concrete that was going in. I do wish he would have cleaned up a little better after the job, but his price was great and he did fit me in quickly when the timeline moved up last minute and it needed to be done.

There was an issue following the install but he came out on a Su day to make sure it got fixed. Highly recommend Vince.

Very happy with Vincent’s service! He was able to come out right away and get the fireplace working and even handled another issue while he was on the service call at my mom’s condo. He followed up as promised the next day at my house for a fireplace issue and brought a new remote for my mom’s fireplace like he said he would. He was at our house within minutes, and knew exactly what to do to correct our fireplace, and make it safe to use. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and personable. We had Vincent out to install our two gas fireplaces last year. They have worked perfectly since the install. We had him come back to do a one year check up on them and give us some advice on our outside grill. You can always trust him to give you honest and useful advice and service on your fire systems. And he gives great value compared to other companies which have layers on administration to charge you for.
