Most unprofessional company I have used in a very long time. They "scheduled" service with me 3 times and didn't show. I had to call every day to their commercial department who was never available and would call me back shortly, which obviously never happened.

Then they finally complete the service and when I try to get the back-flow test results they told me their billing department took this week off and they'll get back to me.

If you're looking for a professional service who shows up on time, responds in a reasonable time frame, and doesn't have entire departments take a week off -- you NEED to go to a different company. Save yourself the pain and agony.

Macomb Mechanical has not only provided excellent service to our business, but, to our home as well. Thanksgiving weekend, our home basement flooded. Macomb Mechanical came out in less than a half hour at nearly 9:00 PM and not only diagnosed the problem, but remedied it as well. I'll never call anyone else for our business or home plumbing and HVAC needs!

Great to work with and professional. Installed a backflow preventer for my city water backup system. Will call them again!
