Great communication. AC went out over holiday weekend. They still called me back to set up a service call.

I was at work the day they came out for service and they kept me updated on my appointment time so I could leave and meet them there.

Technician was knowledgeable and he made sure I understood what the problem was.

Highly recommend.

Cost me 300 for half hour diagnosis!
Had appointment set a week ahead for a $2500 repair and they no called, no showed!. They charge 400$per hour! Terrible customer service. I would never recommend this company. Highway robbery! There is nothing to discuss had appt set.. no call no show.. told me to apply for financing for repair... I qualified. Then when I called you to see if you were coming out that day for repair I was told no financing on repairs. Then I was told I would get a call back and never did. Not how I do business. You respond to review but don't call me back? 1 star

OVERCHARGED!
We were charged $650 for a recharge and 2 pounds 410a, which is more than double what several estimates for the national average is for this service. I'm sure their response will be they don't have a record or we're paying for their many years of experience. Will call someone else next time!

Very personal group of people, followed thru on what they promised, did an excellent job! Love those guys, all great people.

Had an issue with my AC a week ago, called Koz Heating & Cooling and Mike came out and diagnosed the issue. Ultimately needed a new unit, and got the job done a couple days later.

When dealing with gas you need to have confidence. Jake and Mike installed gas lines to our stand-by generator and laundry room dryer. They know their business and go the extra mile to make sure the job was done safe and right.
Knowledge and professionalism is evident throughout the organization.
Michael, the owner, actively oversees all activities as an engineer and does not cut corners. One line to our generator was not perfectly horizontal to the ground so he had Mike adjust it. Ann-Marie and Karen run the front office efficiently with customer focus.
I was introduced to this business through Nu-Line Electric. When I asked for more than one name, Nu-Line told me to use Koz because they are the best. I am glad I listened.

Koz is excellent, i've used them for both my furnace and AC. They always show up on time, and explain to you exactly what's going on. My favorite thing that Mike does is give tips on how you can properly maintain your units to maximize their operational life. HUGE HELP! Thank you!

They do neat work. I had a furnace and air conditioning put in they use brand names. And do damn good work. And if you have a problem for what ever reason it don't take them 3 to 4 days to come. There on top of there game for show.
