The service man was considerate( covered his shoes before entering),
professional and seemed very knowledgeable and proficient as he worked. He did encounter a problem and he stayed and retraced every facet of the furnace operation until he solved the problem. He was courteous, explained the problem and the solution and completed the maintenance . The cost was reasonable and based on this experience I
would certainly recommend Koz Heating to anyone in need of furnace maintenance or repair.

Highly recommend Koz Heating an cooling, they are the kind of company that will attend to your needs immediately. My "AC" unit outside finally died and the repairs were done within an hour. Nobody else can get here that fast and offer that quick of a repair on a 90degree day. Thanks Koz heating and cooling!!

We had been using Koz for years, always reliable and affordable. They installed our Ac 8 years ago, and have done cleaning and maintenance yearly on it and my furnace. A few times my heater wasn't working, they came right out to fix. This year during our yearly maintenance the found a small crack in my heater. So they gave me a great price on a new one and installed a few days later. We well be seeing them next year for cleaning and maintenance!!

The Koz team was able to come out and fix our boiler quick when it started leaking. Michael was very personable and was able to solve our problem.

My brother said to try Koz when my boiler went out just before snow was coming. Less than 15 minutes after calling the office, Mike called me with the heads up he was less than 1/2 hour away to take a look at it. He and his trainee worked very hard to get the replacement parts and put it back together within a few hours. I appreciate how hard they worked to make sure my two dogs and I were safe from the cold. Bonus that Mike explained what happen in terms that I would understand. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our on-site service was great, but unfortunately our interactions with the office staff on the phone were not as pleasant. When my husband and I called to resolve a scheduling issue and later inquire about our invoice, the office staff was far from friendly or understanding. While we are happy with the services performed, we will not remain customers of Koz heating and cooling until their customer service greatly improves.

On a Thursday evening, our Navien tankless hotwater heater stopped producing hot water. I was sure that I would not be able to find a company willing to come out and take a look at it on a Friday. I made several calls to various heating and cooling companies with no success. I made a call to Koz and I was shocked to receive a call back that afternoon and a visit that evening. Derek had it up and running within an hour or so but noted that the same issue would happen again because a new valve was needed. We scheduled the new part to be installed the following week, and after a little scheduling snafu, our tankless heater is now fixed and working properly. We would like to thank Karen for helping us with the scheduling and getting everything back on track.

Koz Heating and Cooling is the absolute best! I have had them out for years so far performing maintenance on my furnace/AC and well as annual checkups. They always make sure to go above and beyond as far as inspecting/cleaning and maintaining all aspects of my HVAC machinery. I have an older furnace and I totally trust them with making sure it will run efficiently throughout the season. Highly recommend Koz Heating and Cooling to everyone!!

Koz installed a water line to a humidifier on the furnace and cleaned, oiled motors, etc on furnace unit. They were here within a day of calling them. Derek, the serviceman, could not have been nicer or more efficient and also answered some questions I had on the thermostat operation. It was a very good feeling knowing all was running correctly when he was finished. Koz has installed 2 furnaces for us - one forced air and the other a boiler/radiator style. Cannot say enough about them - will always use them when we have an issue.

I called them to fix my ac unit and they were able to come next day. They were on time and professional. Service call $92 and to replace capacitor is $159. I found same exact product for $15 they overcharged.
