My air conditioner decided to go out on one of the hottest days this season! After trying a few things to see if I could fix it myself, I quickly realized something was wrong with the unit and I needed a professional. I contacted Koz and was put on the schedule for the day, which I was grateful for. Derek called me when he was on his way and arrived at the time he said he would. After a couple checks, he diagnosed it and fixed the issue. He waited to make sure that there weren't any other issues and was on his way!
I appreciated that he called before he came and that he was here within the time he said he would be. He was respectful of my time and fixing what was wrong in a quick, professional fashion. He answered my questions and kept me informed, which I appreciate. Thank you Koz for keeping me cool!

Koz came out to give me a quote for a new furnace at my mom's house. They answered all my questions, and the furnace they installed happened to be 6 " shorter so it can be placed on a platform....which is what I wanted to help avoid basement flooding issues. The installation was arranged quickly and installed with zero issues. I couldn't be happier.

I have radiant heat that is provided by a boiler. I have a ranch home and so the boiler is centrally located in the house. When it was firing it often sounded like a bomb went off or the house was hit by a car....very scary! Koz Heating & Cooling was able to get someone out relatively quickly even though they are beyond busy. He was efficient and explained things and went over and above- vacuumed out a small area of the boiler for me that I intended to do. He was knowledgeable and I felt comfortable that the problem was adequately addressed- no loud booms! and now worries that the boiler was going to blow up! Thank you Derek for getting it taken care of for me and giving me peace of mind!

My grandparents AC went out for about two days, they called several companies and al of them said it would be about a week until they could come out if they were even willing to come out. They asked me if I could help them find a company and I ended up calling Koz. Their technician Jake P. Offered to squeeze us in on the same day! Jake came by just a couple hours later. He was very professional and just a fun character. He ended up finding that the problem was just a simple battery change. We were so great full it was nothing expensive and even more Appreciative that he didn’t try to run our bill up. And since it was such a small task he even double check everything els for us to make sure it was in tip top shape. We definitely will be using this company from now on for the whole family and will refur others.

Derek was very professional, on time and polite. He did get our furnace running properly and gave us some tips for future reference. I would definitely use Koz again and refer them to my friends and family.

Koz Heating and Cooling installed many Google home products including a smart CO defector, a nest thermostat, several cameras and other smart products. The customer service was amazing and the technician was extremely knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Koz staff were fantastic!! We called for some assistance with a plumbing issue and they were able to fit us in quickly and care for our locked valve quickly and efficiently! Thank you to all who work there from the front office in scheduling/problem solving and the great staff who came to my home!

Great great great service. Very friendly and professional staff and the owner is fantastic. I had an issue with my furnance the owner came out told me the problem ordered the part. 2 days later there service technician Derek was out to replace the bad part, Derek was very professional and not just fix the part but also cleaned the ignitors and checked for gas leaks and pressure on the furnace. The price was very reasonable, I wasn't charged till the job was done and they also made sure my part had a warranty or recall as well before charging me. I'm telling these guys are great, they really care for the customer.
