Eric is very professional and took the time to explain/justify the various options presented to me. Once I came to a decision as to which equipment I wanted I was scheduled the following week for installation. Installation was top notch. Cleaned up very well after their work was completed, inside and out. I am very pleased with the equipment I chose and with Simpson's Heating and Cooling and will be calling them for any maintenance I need down the road.

Fast response, very personable, and knowledgeable! I spoke with Eric in the morning regarding non-functioning central air. He said someone would be there late morning/early afternoon.
Ron got here in the timeframe I was told. He diagnosed the problem very quickly. He explained and showed me what the problem was, how the component worked and its purpose, and had it fixed in a matter of minutes.
I will definitely call Simpson’s for any future furnace/ac or water heater issues.

Very responsive and professional. Ron, the tech who serviced my furnace was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had the problem diagnosed and the fixed very quickly. Highly recommend.

They were prompt to come and diagnose. Knowledgeable and informative. They scheduled the work immediately and explained what they had done. However, rather than restoring the programmable thermostat to the usual schedule, they set it on HOLD. For a week now, it has been continuously at the highest temperature we ever use rather than dropping overnight or when no one is here. Furnace experts should know better.

Eric attempted to fix an old Lennox Pulse under a home warranty of ours within our first year in the house. Although he couldn't fix the Pulse, I doubted anyone could, he was able to then get the insurer to approve a new unit. He installed the new furnace very quickly (within 3 hours). The work seems very well done.

Woke up one morning on a cold day with no heat. Called Simpson Heating and Cooing and talked with Eric. Within a couple of hours Ron was there and fixed my furnace very quickly. Good work and good guys. Would recommend.

My mother contacted her church asking who they used for their heating and cooling needs. They told her they were very happy with Eric Simpson of Simpson's Heating & Cooling who had been servicing them at a reasonable price for a long time. She wanted to purchase a new central air conditioner for me since mine was 30+ years old and took almost 4 pounds of freeon last year to keep it going. His bid was substantially lower than those I had gotten from the big companies and he got the job. It is working beautifully in this oppressive heat and runs much less than the old one did. I had qualified for a program for a new furnace or a fix if it was determined I needed one. The heating and cooling company they sent out told me that I did not need one and that my 19 year old furnace was fine. While Eric was taking the furnace apart and installing the new central air conditioner he found many cracks in my heat exchanger which meant that it was not in working condition. He took a video with his phone of all the damage. I sent it to the program director who apologized profusely for their people missing that, and I had a new heat exhanger installed in my furnace the next week. I understand one of those cost several thousand dollars. So Eric's knowledge saved me having to pay for a new furnace even though he didn't get the job to replace it. What better recommendation could I give? He's an expert, honest, prompt and will be the only furnace company my mom and I will ever use in the future. I've already given his number to another friend. A+++

Have used them twice now. The response time and professionalism is hard to beat IMO. Will call them first whenever heating or cooling problems arise.
