Extremely nice people - owner, techs, secretary. Can't say enough nice things about this company. Came out timely, answered questions, competitive pricing and put in furnace within a couple of days, and they were there at the time they promised. Basement left exactly as they found it - everything cleaned up and taken away. I will definitely be recommending them!!!

I highly recommend ThermalPros. They replaced my a/c, furnace, humidifier and thermostat. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me what maintenance steps I need to do, and how to set up my thermostat. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess at all. John took the time to explain all my options, and answered all my questions. The install was scheduled in a timely manner, everyone arrived on time and was completed in one day. I was very satisfied with the whole process.

Great service by a great company! Everyone was so friendly and helpful each step of the way. From the first contact with Angela, assisting setting up a quote appointment, installment appointment and all follow up correspondence , John coming out and giving us a great price for both the hot water tank and furnace to be replaced, to the techs Shawn and Santos that came out and installed the products.
