We are long time customers of Muirfield Mechanical Services. A week ago our furnace stopped working. They came to our house quickly, on a Friday. We needed a new furnace, so they arranged to install a new one in only 3 days, on Monday. They gave us space heaters to borrow over the weekend to stay warm. Their staff is professional and skilled. They always do a great job of tuning up our furnace and air conditioning. Would highly recommend.

They installed installed two mini split systems and did a great job. Excellent crew was fast and courteous and knowledgeable. the systems have worked perfectly and are very quiet. Looking forward to have them back in the spring to install another indoor unit. Indoor installation was very neat.

I had three Mitsubishi units installed as part of my town's Heat Smart initiative. Their representative's first visit to the house was informative and professional. I had a little problem with responsiveness (i.e., waiting too long for replies to my emails) after I had initiated the process, but the installation team was very professional. They did a great job cleaning up! Their offices also handled all my rebate paperwork. I am very happy with my system!

We needed to replace our water heater and upgrade our heating system.
We received recommendations to replace our current system with a tankless hot water system. When the Muirfield rep came to our home for an estimate, they explained the advantages and disadvantages of a tankless system. We got a couple of other quotes from HVAC companies and decided that the competitive, reasonable quote from Muirfield was best. When we asked about rebates, we were told that the office would take care of it - one less thing for us to do!
The work was done professionally and efficiently. Within just a few days,
we had a new system. From the office staff to the installers, we found
Muirfield to be helpful, experienced, and easy to work with.

I use Muirfield Mechanical as my HVAC company for three homes that I have owned and the service is amazing. From a cold day with no heat in one building to a complicated install in my personal home they always follow through start to finish. The office staff is nice and friendly and gets you scheduled quickly, I have used several service men and they were always on time and knew exactly what parts were needed. Getting ready to do another large project at my home partnered with their sales guy Jeff Nowell and we are excited to add air conditioning into our home. Very knowledgeable about the Mass Save program and HEAT Loan opportunities. Makes financing these large projects seem easy. Highly recommend to anyone in MA regardless of home or project size.

We have a uniquely constructed home and two other companies told us one space in particular wouldn't house any AC unit properly but our Muirfield Mechanical project manager found us a solution. We had three units installed and everyone was fantastic to work with from the technicians (who were so polite and friendly) to Linda in the office - the technicians even returned again at a later date when I couldn't remember how to use my Kumo Cloud. Great service!! :)

The team at Muirfield did a great job with replacing our heating and A/C systems. The project management was well organized with Jeff and Nate. And the installation team was especially good. They were great in communicating and did a really nice job on the installations.

Had them install an AC unit. The price was very reasonable and they were very helpful in selecting the right equipment and answering all my questions. The install itself was very smooth and the crew was wonderful. It was a pleasure communicating with their Office Manager, Linda. She did all the paperwork for the registration, rebates, etc. Its just installed but the new AC has made us very comfortable. I recommend Muirfield and will absolutely work with them again.

I recently had a mini split system installed by Muirfield Mechanical. The process was smooth and the company was very responsive. I had to delay the installation due to travel needs and when I was ready they were there within days. The install was efficient and performed by very pleasant technicians. I will refer them to friends and would use Muirfield Mechanical again.

I had Muirfield Mechanical install a furnace and heat pump at my house. The install was quick and the technicians were extremely knowledgeable. The office staff took care of all my mass save rebates and financing which was a huge help. I would hire these guys again and have recommended them to a couple of my neighbors.
